Job Title: Account Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites, service, and test W/WWT facilities (boilers, cooling towers, etc).
• Monitor and review treatment programs, make recommendations for improved performance.
• Provide clients and colleagues with detailed and accurate service reports.
• Maintain accurate records of the on-site chemicals inventory.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to plan and execute new WT programs.
• Regularly troubleshoot and solve technical issues with the SMEs and technicians.
• Look for ways to grow business at current and potential customer sites.
• Follow all safety rules and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements & Skills:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Live within a 45-minute drive of Boyd County.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial water treatment or a similar field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
