Job Description:

• The Quality Analyst is responsible for the oversight and execution of Quality Management Systems and compliance at the Distribution Center. The Quality Analyst serves as a single point of contact to the Sr. Manager, Janssen Commercial Quality and Supply Chain partners on compliance related matters and is the liaison with multiple Quality and Compliance organizations to drive timely resolution of quality and compliance related issues. The Quality Analyst identifies business issues, identifies opportunities to continuously improve quality and compliance and leads improvement opportunities and problem solutions. The Quality Analyst implements and executes quality and compliance programs to ensure effective and consistent processes with established standards.

Responsibilities:

• Quality and compliance product receiving process, including, but not limited to receiving inspection activities such as review of temperature monitoring devices and systematic transactions in Warehouse Management System and/or SAP
• Monitoring and following Quarantine/Hold/Stop-Ship/Recall processes and notices
• Product refusals process activities, including, but not limited to inspection and disposition
• Serve as single point of contact to internal and external partners on Distribution Quality related matters and liaise with multiple Quality organizations to drive timely resolution of Quality related issues
• Responsible for adherence to the Deviation, Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA), and Change Controls processes and Quality Management Systems
• Responsible for adherence to the Records Management and Retention processes
• Responsible for adhering to the Training process
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Plans, support, and coordinates quality and compliance programs designed to ensure effective and consistent processes with established standards by performing the duties personally
• Provide quality and compliance oversight for execution of Protocols
• Notify/escalate critical quality issues to management in a timely manner
• Provide data/information/metrics to management for Quality System Management Reviews
• Develop and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI) and other documents, as needed
• Drives innovation within functional areas while ensuring functional initiatives are delivered in a compliant and safe manner
• Identifies opportunities to continuously improve quality, cost and time factors, consistent with both Janssen Commercial Quality and DELIVER Supply Chain business objectives
• Identify business issues, communicates to management, prioritizes for action, and leads improvement opportunities and problem solutions in collaboration with other Supply Chain partners.
• Perform gap assessments in local procedures to client Global Standards, Business processes, and External Standards
• Support of New Product Launch activities at the Distribution Center, including, but not limited to Master Data (sIDMa) set-up
• Ensures compliance and remaining current with local, state, federal, and international regulations and standards
• Evaluate the overall compliance risk and recommending corrective actions and tracking progress
• Responsible for making quality decisions based upon assessments of compliance risks balanced with the overall business needs
• Compliance oversight for the end-to-end clinical supply chain processes, including, but not limited to re-stickering and other labeling activities
• Compliance oversight for the end-to-end Re-Pack-Re-Label processes, including, but not limited to Batch Record/Protocol activities
• Monitor and review temperature data for the Distribution Center and ancillary areas
• Supports 24/7 operations of the Distribution Center
• Operate in a team-based environment with minimum supervision
• Provide training to new hires (FTEs) and/or Contractors
• Interface collaboratively with other business partners and stakeholders

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a highly regulated industry is required.
• Quality and Compliance experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Consumer products industry and experience in distribution is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis skills are required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP is preferred.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems such as COMET is preferred.
• Proficiency in organizational and project management skills is preferred.
• Experience with Temperature Control is preferred.
• This position may require up to a 10% of domestic travel.

DESCRIPTION

This role will serve as a critical business representative embedded within the SAP transformation program. Coming from a background in merchandising, category management, or buying, this individual brings deep business knowledge to ensure system designs, processes, and deliverables align with operational realities.

In this hybrid business–technology role, you will support project deliverables, represent the voice of the business, coordinate validations and follow‑ups, manage super users, and oversee key testing activities. Compensation and Benefits

Hackensack Meridian Health Carrier Clinic’s East Mountain Youth Lodge provides a continuum of out of home residential treatment services for adolescents between the ages of 13-18. We provide 24 hour clinical, therapeutic treatment for emotional, behavioral, psychiatric and substance abuse difficulties based on the resident strengths and needs.

1. Directly supervises and knows the whereabouts of every resident they are assigned. 2. Supervises, observes, and participates with residents in the carrying out of the daily routine (i.e. chores). Consistently implements all program procedures (i.e. point systems, level systems).

3. Runs activity, support and recreation groups with guidance from clinical staff. Organizes, supervises and conducts planned activities for groups and individuals. Provides assistance to residents in the planning of appropriate recreational activities.

4. Serves as a primary counselor for an assigned number of residents.

5. Assists residents in learning home management skills (cooking, cleaning, etc). Teaches residents about the importance of cleanliness, good nutrition, meal planning, prudent buying, etc., while guiding them in learning skill mastery.

6. Corrects client behavior by administering reasonable and fair disciplinary measures when necessary. Ensures each resident is informed of the rules and regulations of the program.

7. Provides crisis intervention to residents as needed. Assists in escorts and personal restraints of agitated residents. Attentive to building security and performs such checks as designed by the program.

8. Conducts resident room checks and room searches as designed by the program.

9. Carries a beeper for one week in rotation. Is on-call and ready to respond to staff shortages by calling and locating a replacement and/or filling the shift him/herself.

10. Inspects and handles belongings and valuables of residents to ensure that prohibited material is not brought into the Lodge at admission, upon return from pass, or as clinically indicated, under the direction of a Shift Leader.

11. Assists residents with daily living activities (i.e.; waking up, hygiene, cleaning room, participating in structure, behaving appropriately on activity).

12. Provides input to administration members regarding unit-based PI measures based on concerns, high risk, high volume issues.

13. Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and within procedural time limits. 14. Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

This is a Remote-Field position in which you will work from home and utilize a mobile office/vehicle for in-person appointments. Although the primary work location is in the field, with a commutable distance from home, there will be opportunities for virtual work to be completed at home. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate events portfolio. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from initial inquiry through event execution. The ideal candidate is strategic, polished, and comfortable working with (corporate) decision-makers, planners, and executive-level client.

Corporate Sales & Development

·      Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person tours

·      Actively prospect and develop new corporate event business, including meetings, conferences, fundraisers, galas, holiday parties, and large-scale corporate celebrations

·      Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed events

·      Conduct site tours and presentations tailored to corporate clients and planners

·      Prepare customized proposals, pricing structures, and contracts

·      Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referral

Client Management & Event Planning

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the sales and planning process

·       Collaborate with clients to define event goals, scope, timelines, and budgets

·       Oversee event documentation including contracts, BEOs, layouts, and timelines

·       Coordinate closely with culinary, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless execution

·       Ensure all event details align with client expectations and venue standards

Revenue & Performance

·       Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals

·       Identify opportunities for upgrades, enhancements, and added services to maximize revenue

·       Track sales activity and maintain accurate records within the event management systems

Qualifications

·       3+ years of experience in corporate event sales or hospitality sales (venue, hotel, catering, or special events preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills

·       Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·       Experience with event software (Caterease, Social Tables, Cvent) is a plus

Carrier Clinic, a behavioral health system, has been a trusted source of compassionate help and supportive healing for patients and their families since we opened our doors in 1910.

Hackensack Meridian Health Carrier Clinic's East Mountain Youth Lodge provides a continuum of out of home residential treatment services for adolescents between the ages of 13-18. We provide 24 hour clinical, therapeutic treatment for emotional, behavioral, psychiatric and substance abuse difficulties based on the resident strengths and needs.

1. Directly supervises and knows the whereabouts of every resident they are assigned. 2. Supervises, observes, and participates with residents in the carrying out of the daily routine (i.e. chores). Consistently implements all program procedures (i.e. point systems, level systems).

3. Runs activity, support and recreation groups with guidance from clinical staff. Organizes, supervises and conducts planned activities for groups and individuals. Provides assistance to residents in the planning of appropriate recreational activities.

4. Serves as a primary counselor for an assigned number of residents.

5. Assists residents in learning home management skills (cooking, cleaning, etc). Teaches residents about the importance of cleanliness, good nutrition, meal planning, prudent buying, etc., while guiding them in learning skill mastery.

6. Corrects client behavior by administering reasonable and fair disciplinary measures when necessary. Ensures each resident is informed of the rules and regulations of the program.

7. Provides crisis intervention to residents as needed. Assists in escorts and personal restraints of agitated residents. Attentive to building security and performs such checks as designed by the program.

8. Conducts resident room checks and room searches as designed by the program.

9. Carries a beeper for one week in rotation. Is on-call and ready to respond to staff shortages by calling and locating a replacement and/or filling the shift him/herself.

10. Inspects and handles belongings and valuables of residents to ensure that prohibited material is not brought into the Lodge at admission, upon return from pass, or as clinically indicated, under the direction of a Shift Leader.

11. Assists residents with daily living activities (i.e.; waking up, hygiene, cleaning room, participating in structure, behaving appropriately on activity).

12. Provides input to administration members regarding unit-based PI measures based on concerns, high risk, high volume issues.

13. Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and within procedural time limits. 14. Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

15. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Co-Occurring (Wolf), RTC (Eagle, Butterfly) Will have one of the following qualifications: (1) High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs with one year of experience working with youth in a group setting. (2) An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a field that is unrelated to social work or psychology with six months of experience working with youth in a group setting. (3) An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• PCH (Lotus, Sunflower) Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs, with three or more years of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting
• IRTS Level of Care (Swan) Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, with one year of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
• Complete Shift Leader and Medication Administration training.
• Maintains standards of confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• Valid Driver's License from a USA state within 3 years of entering position.
