Channel Account Manager
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will have some sales experience, be comfortable generating sales leads, and be able to maintain relationships with existing partnerships. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a desire to learn. What You Will Do:
- Create and maintain broker relationships (ISOs)
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- Work daily and monthly funnel goals to hit revenue targets as set by the team
- Progress towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the team
- Update the CRM and input information on partners and incoming deals
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new partners
- Responsible for the development and achievement of new partners, revenue, and volume
- Focus on growing and developing existing partners as well as new partners
- Salary: Base pay + uncapped commission (average earnings potential $100k/year)
- Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Summary
The Highway Lighting & Traffic Signal Foreman leads field crews on highway construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications. This role oversees daily operations, coordinates crews and equipment, and supports project managers and superintendents in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of construction crews.
- Operate heavy equipment such as drill rigs, backhoes, ditch witch, rock saws, bucket trucks, and other machinery.
- Read and interpret construction plans and layouts to guide project execution.
- Measure and mark construction areas to ensure accurate placement of structures and utilities.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with installation of traffic control devices, scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needed to complete job tasks.
- Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Inspect work progress and job sites to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
- Record and report production, equipment usage, and crew activity.
- Assist crew members with construction activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of highway or heavy civil construction experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Valid Texas driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous highway lighting or traffic signal construction experience.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work performed primarily outdoors in highway and construction environments.
- Frequent operation of heavy equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally exert force up to 100 lbs.
- Standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Regular exposure to weather conditions, dust, noise, and construction hazards.

Project Execution:
- Work collaboratively within the crew to accomplish project objectives effectively
- Install, assemble, and adjust complex RF systems including RF doors, antennas, mechanical tables, and RF enclosures
- Ensure precise construction tolerances and adherence to standard assembly methods
- Manage on-site logistics including unpacking and packing of materials at job sites
Communication & Reporting:
- Report directly to Crew Leader and Senior Crew Members for task assignments and project guidance
- Maintain open communication with team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Complete and submit expense, status, and inspection reports in a timely manner
- Promote a positive and cooperative work environment
Training & Development:
- Actively participate in training sessions to acquire and enhance skills related to RF Shielding and associated technologies
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and processes
- Seek opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality
Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality inspections to guarantee workmanship meets company and customer standards
- Ensure structure, integrity, and appearance meet specifications

Qualifications
Essential:
