The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a F/A-18E/F and EA-18G Mission Systems Integration Manager to join Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Berkeley, Missouri.

The candidate will enable the Mission Systems organization to continue to expand its business base and will participate in advancing fighter aircraft technology by leading an Integration, Analysis and System Test Engineering team. The team is responsible for developing system/subsystem requirements, participating with Software engineers with real-time Operational Flight Program (OFP) development, subsystem/system testing, and evaluating system performance in Flight Test. Simulation and modeling is utilized to assist in requirements development, software development and offsets some Flight Test verification.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team delivers safe and high-quality program products within cost and schedule
- Coordination with program management, suppliers, customers and other Boeing teams
- Provide technical, programmatic and process leadership to team members
- Monitor team and supplier performance to ensure proper system integration and compliance with requirements
- Support production with issue resolution for delivered hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
- Perform managerial HR functions
- Lead, develop, and motivate employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. A small amount of Travel will be required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's or 7+ years of work-related experience with a Masters or PhD
- 7+ years of technical engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in the Mission Systems field on military aircraft
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing teams and/or projects

These engineers deliver far-reaching analyses to address military capability gaps, in and across multiple warfighting domains, in the face of accelerating adversary capabilities! The F-22 Raptor Team is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer in Berkeley, MO or Richardson, TX to join the F-22 Raptor Mission Design and Analysis Team with a focus on developing cutting edge engineering solutions to continue to advance the world's premier air superiority fighter.
As a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for developing engineering solutions for the F-22 Raptor, including both enhancing existing field units with the addition of new capabilities, as well as architecting and testing completely new systems. As a member of the BDS Air Dominance Loads & Dynamics (L&D) Capability Team, you will be part of a core engineering team directly supporting production and development programs including F-15, F/A-18, T-7A, MQ-25, and proprietary programs. The L&D team is looking for individuals with experience ground loads. Position commensurate with experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead in developing air vehicle design criteria for ground loads
- Collaborate with the airframe & subsystems design and analysis engineers to generate integrated aerodynamic, structural, and landing gear models for flight vehicle analysis consistent with a Model Based Engineering (MBE) environment
- Perform ground loads analyses (ground handling, taxi, takeoff & landing, etc.) to support air vehicle design and stores integration
- Define allowable flight envelopes and operational limits
