Overview
We are looking for a technically strong, business-minded developer to design, build, and maintain internal applications and automations that improve how our team’s work. This role supports business processes, data, and technology and plays a key role in modernizing workflows across the organization. This role is suited for a strong mid-level to senior developer who can work independently while collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders.
While Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate are core tools today, this role goes beyond low-code development. The ideal candidate brings strong fundamentals in application design, data flow, and user experience, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and well-documented solutions that can grow with business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies.
- Develop business logic and workflow automation using Power Automate, integrating with internal and external data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, and third-party APIs.
- Partner with stakeholders and leadership across multiple departments to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Design secure, role-based solutions with appropriate permissions, governance controls, and environmental strategies following Power Platform ALM best practices.
- Ensure applications are well-structured with clean data flow, clear separation of logic, and thoughtful handling of edge cases and exceptions.
- Monitor, enhance, and support existing applications and automations to improve reliability, performance, and user adoption over time.
- Produce clear and thorough documentation covering business requirements, technical design, data structures, workflows, and known constraints.
- Contribute to and follow established development standards, templates, and best practices to ensure solutions are consistent, maintainable, and easy for other developers to support or extend.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining custom, end-to-end applications using Power Apps.
- Strong experience developing business logic and workflows using Power Automate.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, and external APIs.

The Vice President of Preconstruction Services-Commercial is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all preconstruction activities for the commercial construction portfolio. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Longwood, FL for an Estimator specializing in Painting, Waterproofing, Resinous Flooring, and Fireproofing. In this role, the Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements, preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, quantifying and identifying change orders and collaborating with project managers and clients. Responsibilities also include building relationships with vendors, and obtaining pricing form vendors.

Our history
Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care. Together, they set out to reimagine outpatient psychiatry by building a model that supports both patients and clinicians, while expanding access to mental healthcare.

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.
This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:
- Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits
- Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population
- Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model
What your day-to-day practice looks like:
- 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
- Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
- Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
- Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
- No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
- In-house referral network to therapists
- Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
Clinical autonomy & flexibility:
- Control over schedule and weekly availability
- Session length within established clinical standards
- Patient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferences
- Clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume

What we're looking for:
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
- Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
- Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
- Strong clinical judgement, communication skills and collaborative mindset
