The Data Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Data Architects and Data Solutions Engineers while actively contributing to hands-on technical projects. This role will manage the data warehouse in Snowflake, engineering automations in Alteryx and/or other solutions, while ensuring efficient project intake and prioritization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven technical leadership skills to drive innovation and operational excellence across the data engineering function.
As a Data Engineering Manager, you will:
- Set the technical strategy for data engineering solutions and data architecture which includes end to end data pipeline strategy, consumption management, project scoping, and data automation.
- Design, develop, and optimize data engineering solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, and Alteryx.
- Continuously assess and optimize the data engineering technology stack to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with industry best practices.
- Implement best practices for data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and automation.
- Own and maintain the Snowflake data warehouse roadmap and engineering standards.
- Lead data project scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of data engineering solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and rest of data teams to align solutions with enterprise
- Establish documentation and governance standards for data engineering workflows ensuring completeness, audit readiness, and traceability in alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Directly supervise the Data Architecture & Data Engineering team in accordance with Nicolet's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, mentoring and development planning; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
- 7+ years in data engineering or related data roles required.
- 3+ years in leadership or management positions required.
- Strong technical expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and SQL or like systems.
- Familiarity with Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, Power BI and Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance hands-on development with team development.

Electro-Mechanical Technician
The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Green Bay Packaging works in a fast-paced environment that oversees the installation and maintenance of our plant support systems and process machinery. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as installing new equipment, performing regular services, performing maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will use all the tools at your disposal to ensure the reliability of the industrial equipment and any associated support equipment. What Youll Do
- Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Install new production support systems and process machinery
- Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems)
- Communicate and schedule production impacts with the production team
- Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate

- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical control systems (Building automation, machinery, production automation)
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
- Ability to record, report, and articulate the condition of equipment and recommended repairs or corrective actions
- Knowledge in the following areas: HVAC, electrical safety, pneumatic principles, tubing, pipe-fittings, rotating machinery (pumps, air compressors, etc.), machining, and welding
- PLC troubleshooting/programming capability
- Operational knowledge of multi-meters and operation of various hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of high-pressure gas, flammable gas, refrigeration gases, and recovery
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Physically able to work on your feet, lift, and navigate tight machine spaces
Work Schedule
- Regular: Working Either 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday) OR 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am) after training
- Training: Day shift (6am 2pm, MondayFriday) for up to 120 days
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required

The Construction Funding Specialist I is responsible for various functions performed during the construction of commercial, agricultural, single-family, multi-family, and other types of structures. These functions include but are not limited to draw request reviews and funding.
As a Construction Funding Specialist I, you will:
- Collect the necessary documentation from title companies, builders, lenders, and appraisers to ensure complete information and authorization for the draw has been obtained.
- Analyze the draw request to monitor construction progress and mitigate risk for customer and bank.
- Order progress inspections from appraisers as needed.

- Design and maintain monitoring and telemetry platforms and data pipelines. (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, etc.).
- Analyze metrics and logs to improve system reliability and performance.
- Participate in on-call and incident response.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
DevOps & Tooling
- Develop and Maintain Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code.
- Develop internal tools to improve provisioning, validation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering Linux systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong Linux fundamentals (processes, networking, storage, security, kernel concepts).
- Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, Ruby, etc.).
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Virtualization experience (VMware, KVM, OpenStack).
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) or hybrid architectures.
- Monitoring/observability tooling experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK/OpenSearch).
- Security experience (SSH hardening, PAM, SELinux, CIS benchmarks).
- Experience supporting telecom, financial, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
