MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.
On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

Park Nicollet Gastroenterology/Methodist Hospital
Park Nicollet is looking for a BC/BE advanced endoscopist/gastroenterologist to join our team. Our team provides outpatient procedural and clinic services in St Louis Park, Maple Grove, Burnsville and Hutchinson. Physicians are assigned a primary site and assist with coverage at secondary sites intermittently. Our team also provides 24/7 inpatient coverage at Methodist Hospital in St. Full-Time 1.0 FTE: 4.5 working days per week. For advanced endoscopists who are seasoned clinicians, there is an option to do Full time 1.0 FTE as a 4-day work week. Change to 4 day work week while maintaining Full-Time 1.0 FTE is subject to department leadership approval and ongoing adherence to high quality patient care and time management.
Participate in advanced endoscopy coverage for a single hospital site (Methodist Hospital). Maintain key working relationships with patients and families, Gastroenterology team members, Administration, unit staff throughout Methodist Hospital as well as Clinical staff at the respective outpatient procedure centers. Advanced endoscopy clinicians will cover the advanced endoscopy service approximately 1 weekend per month of call coverage (subject to change pending total group number. An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Semiconductor Dry Etch Engineering Lead to join our III-V compound semiconductor foundry team fabricating gallium nitride and gallium arsenide-based devices within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. This role requires a broad understanding of microelectronics processing and subject matter expertise in one or more dry etch related techniques including plasma ashing/descum, reactive ion etching (RIE), and inductively coupled etching (ICP).
As a member of the AMS Department, the individual in this role will serve as the dry etch processes lead engineer and collaborate with the various engineering work centers in the III-V semiconductor wafer foundry. The candidate will lead and assist projects in process sustainment, capital allocation, directing process and capital qualifications, improving cycle time, improving product yield, developing new data driven controls, and driving overall wafer movement efficiency.
The chosen candidate is expected to be an innovative and creative thinker capable of probing issues and reaching solutions both independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of various microelectronics processing techniques beyond deposition, including wet and dry etching, lift-off techniques, photolithography, metrology, process characterization, foundry data integrity, and large data analysis methods.
The candidate is expected to work well in large and small, cross-functional teams, understand foundry processes, determine capacity limitations, improve overall equipment effectiveness, identify yield improvement opportunities, gather sponsorship and team resources, and execute on continuous improvement activities. Presence on the foundry floor is essential for quick resolution of technical issues as well as the ability to work with operations, facilities, equipment, and quality teams. The role requires a large degree of multitasking with attention to detail while managing priorities depending on the nature of the problems and the commitments.

What You Will Do:
Sustainment of current dry etch production processes and involvement with development of new process

Assist process engineers in training users and operators on semiconductor processes and equipment
Manipulate large datasets and use statistical analysis to define SPC controls, manage projects, and assign risk
Develop and report on actionable deposition work center health metrics
Identify capital needs, collaborate with tool vendors, assist in tool acceptance, and create plans/schedules for tool and process qualifications
Frequently work on the foundry floor and interact with various process engineering, equipment engineering, digital technologies, quality, facilities, and operation teams
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience in semiconductor processing techniques including photolithography, dielectric deposition, metals evaporation, and optical or scanning electron microscope inspections

- Ensure mechanical and electrical expertise is available to production and other departments to maintain production systems, utilities, buildings, and grounds in a 24-hour 7-day per week operation.

- Remain current with the latest and emerging industry regulations and codes relative to mechanical and electrical systems design and operation.
- Prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Perform replacement analysis of equipment considering space costs, depreciation, service life, and maintenance costs; advise production management of information and recommend appropriate actions.
- Source and evaluate vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quality products and services at competitive prices. Negotiate contracts and agreements with external parties as necessary.
- Promote a safe and environmentally sound workplace that complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide management of employees directly or through supervisors to ensure effective selection, retention, development, disciplinary action, and performance management. If a collective bargaining agreement exists, may participate in negotiations, grievances, or other contract-related activities and discussions.
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is strongly preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in engineering or maintenance functions in a food manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience of maintenance personnel is required.
- Experience managing budgets and capital projects.
- Ability to develop, scope, schedule, budget, and lead plant capex projects utilizing CAD and/or other tools.
- Experience with electrical motor control circuitry up to 480V 3 phase is preferred.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting; Allen Bradley experience preferred.
- Ammonia/Refrigeration level 2 certification required (or willing to obtain certification).
- Boiler 1B or greater MN license required (or willing to obtain certification).
- Technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, regulatory compliance, and environmental best practices required.

- Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, and pre-sales scoping when needed
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, MIS, or SaaS implementation environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integration, API interoperability, and data mapping
- Experience translating business requirements into structured system documentation
- Exposure to Aviation, MRO, or technician-driven operational environments is a strong advantage
- Ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
