Opportunity
Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Systems Designer to help build a thrilling new game franchise. The Senior Systems Designers create rewarding loops that help players set goals, progress, and stay engaged over multiple play sessions. They craft and tune player advancement and rewards across the entire game.
You will collaborate closely with the Game Director, department leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and drive the strategic vision for player progression and meta systems. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the vision and execution of player progression, meta systems, and engagement loops across single and multiplayer experiences.
- Define and drive KPIs for progression systems that align with player satisfaction and business goals.
- Mentor and guide systems designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Own major feature areas from concept through implementation, ensuring quality and consistency across the game.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, art, UX, and production to ensure systems are well-integrated and technically feasible.
- Establish and evangelize best practices for systems design, documentation, and tool usage.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on systems design and progression.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring designers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Shipped at least one AAA title with significant ownership of progression or meta systems.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement strategies, and content pacing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on tool development and pipeline optimization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Strategic mindset, balancing creative vision with technical and business constraints.

- Experience with Unreal Engine, including scripting and integration into production pipelines.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000

Georgia Pacific is an account with consistent miles for a dedicated fleet customer. This is a no-touch freight account with a mixture of live unload and drop and hook loads. Drivers average 2,000 miles per week. Lanes run from Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with deliveries to stores and Georgia Pacific plants throughout the 7 Western States. Drivers living within 50 miles of Colton, CA, will need to park their trucks at the Colton Yard, located at 2250 South Riverside Ave, Colton, CA 92313. Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

The Opportunity
- Seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with strong interest in bolstering their ultrasound skills.
- One (1) year ultrasound fellowship, available for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Program includes dedicated hours to image acquisition, interpretation, and clinical integration at Riverside Community Hospital, participation in local, regional, national, and international ultrasound courses, and exposure to leadership at all levels.
Required Experience and Competencies
- Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program required.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Able to obtain a CA state medical license.
- Interest in ultrasound education.
The Practice
Riverside Community Hospital – Riverside, California
- This program is accredited by the Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Council (EUFAC) through 2025.
- Fellowship graduates from this program are eligible to sit for the Focused Practice Designation (FPD) examination through the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
- An academic teaching hospital with an established in-house EM Residency Program affiliated with the University of Riverside.
- The facility is a comprehensive stroke center and a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center with a 50-bed Emergency Department that sees 100,000+ annual ED patient visits and has a 20% admit rate.
- The hospital is an Accredited Chest Pain Center, a Riverside County designated STEMI Receiving Center, and is equipped with a new helistop to provide high-speed access to the hospital.
