Travel Specialist (Bilingual English & French)
The Customer Service team is responsible for maintaining Tablet's reputation for having the best customer service in the online travel agency business. As the face of the company our Travel Specialists' mission is to create a customer experience so incredible it defines the brand.
Travel Specialists convert new users into loyal customers, keep existing customers coming back for more, quickly and confidently minimize damage (regardless of the source) while demonstrating resourcefulness and grit, and are able to predict and get ahead of conflicts.
As a Travel Specialist you'll assist our clients across the Tablet Hotels and MICHELIN Hotel brands via phone, email, and live chat with hotel reservations, hotel recommendations, rate and availability searches, technical support, special requests, and feedback. You'll also be an ambassador of our Tablet Plus program. Additionally, up to 25% of the role will be dedicated toward restaurant inquiries for the MICHELIN Guide.
Maintaining an incredible customer experience requires timely and concise communication between clients and hotel partners with an ability to manage expectations in a high-volume and collaborative setting. Our ideal candidate has a sincere desire to ensure our clients' needs are satisfied quickly and simply.
Requirements:
Superb oral and written communication in English and French
Customer-facing experience in travel, hospitality, or related luxury industries
Proficiency with Google Workspace or other cloud-based document creation and collaboration platforms

Travel Specialists are asked to work at least two paid holidays per calendar year. Occasionally, you may need to work past the end of your shift to complete tasks because the world of travel doesn't stop when we do.
This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in our New York City office. The starting schedule for this role is Thursday - Monday 1pm - 10pm ET.

Main Responsibilities
- Technical Services and Emergency Support
- Provide guidance and support for equipment installation, electrical system commissioning, and final acceptance testing at major project sites.
- Provide on-site/remote electrical technical support for major project sites and define repair plans.
- Respond to emergency service calls, rapidly diagnose and resolve deep-level electrical technical issues such as electrical component anomalies/malfunctioning to minimize system downtime
- Technical Breakthrough and Business Support
- Serve as the company's internal electrical technical advisor for after-sales service team, providing remote/on-site electrical technical support and solutions for complex issues encountered by frontline after-sales service engineers.
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis for major after-sales issues and draft detailed technical reports.
- Coordinate internal resources to provide strong technical support for frontline after-sales service teams.
- Build and maintain strong technical trust relationships with key clients, understand their underlying needs, and provide expertise if needed.
- Collect and report product quality information and customer potential requirements to enhance product design and market strategies.
- Participate in technical evaluations for new product development projects to ensure product designs fully internalize historical lessons learned, thereby guaranteeing the robustness of the final product
- Team Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing
- Systematize and document electrical technical issues encountered in the field, contributing to the development and refinement of technical service manuals/training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
- Serve as a mentor for junior/mid-level after-sales service engineers, enhancing the overall electrical technical capabilities of the after-sales service team through on-site guidance, case studies, and technical training.
- Develop/optimize electrical-related standard operating procedures and fault code libraries.
- Organize and lead internal technical workshops to share the latest technology trends and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical design/after-sales electrical technical support for commercial/central air conditioning systems, including at least 3 years in an electrical technical expert or team lead role.
- Be proficient in industrial PLC fundamentals and selection of common electrical components and familiar with the principles, construction, and control logic of large chillers.
- Possesses outstanding independent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing various diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to clients and non-technical personnel.
- Outstanding technical documentation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork spirit and leadership potential, with a willingness to share knowledge and mentor others.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. About the role: Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS). How you will contribute You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE). Key Responsibilities
- Execute proactive and reactive upkeep on high-velocity bottling, filling, palletizing, and utility machinery, guaranteeing adherence to food safety standards and optimizing equipment uptime.

The Home Therapy Registered Nurse, as qualified by federal and state regulations, provides patient training and ongoing support for all patients choosing a home dialysis modality. - A Home Therapy nurse trains home hemo or peritoneal dialysis patients in-center and sometimes in the patient’s home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. - Document all nursing services in the Electronic Medical Record including but not limited to training sessions, routine and non-routine in-person interactions, and phone conversations. - Participate in infection control monitoring, implementation, and recording as requested.
- Be familiar with emergency equipment and all emergency operational procedures. Communicate and regularly review Emergency Preparedness procedures with all home patients, including but not limited to emergency disconnection from dialysis equipment, what to do and who to contact if displaced from home.
- Ensure clinic and patient supply inventory and usage is appropriate for patient prescriptions and place orders in timely manner to avoid fees and penalties.
- Continually seek to improve patient and quality outcomes through tracking and trending of program and patient performance, use of critical thinking skills and root cause analysis to improve patient and quality outcomes. Assist in obtaining data for the continuous quality improvement activities.
- Obtain routine and non-routine laboratory tests as ordered and communicate critical lab values and urgent patient needs to the responsible physician or physician extender in a timely manner.
- Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles. Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Responsible for performing on call nursing services, nights and weekends, on a rotational basis as needed or assigned.
- Flexible with staffing locations and hours to accommodate patient and USRC home program needs.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required for the position.
Home Hemodialysis Only:
- Coordinate home evaluation with technical services department to ensure that the necessary electrical, plumbing and drainage requirements for proper equipment operation are met prior to patient acceptance into home program.
- Ensure required and appropriate water sampling is complete per policy and product requirements. Monitor and report water sample and culture results.
