Experience working with Solumina and Smarteam preferred Position Purpose:In a team oriented work environment, under minimal supervision, Structural Mech II performs a variety of structural assembly operations in a production department following established operating procedures. All work performed should be in accordance with company design specifications, quality standards and completed work should meet customer expectations. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Safely perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures and varied drilling and riveting operations; ensures parts/assembly meet requirements. Safely perform sheetmetal layout, fabrication, and installation of parts, equipment or fabricated items on aircraft .
  2. Rivet structural assemblies and parts using all tools required. to do the job (e.g. portable riveting guns, pneumatic guns, pneumatic drills, counter sinks, rivet shavers, files, reamers, rivets). Must display the ability to remove fasteners without damaging structure .
  3. Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations, type size and hole pattern for rivets, cut and form plastics and follow standard operating procedures when using adhesives, sealants, and solvents .
  4. Check all work and ensure a defective free assembly prior to final inspection .
  5. Maintain and use all logs and records (e.g. MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs) .
  6. Align and assemble parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners. Utilizing proper tooling, shape and form complex angles and configurations according to blueprint specifications or written/verbal information .
  7. Make repairs per Discrepant Material Tags (DMT), Material Review Request (MRR), Production Change Orders (PCO), performs necessary rework to ensure installations meet conformity .
  8. Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supports the company 5S Program, and complies with all safety regulations. Use personal protective equipment as required.
Additional Functions:
  1. Properly collect and dispose of waste fuel, oil, hydraulic fluids, de-icing fluids, and solvent rags .
  2. Ensure accurate daily job charging to the aircraft .
  3. Exchange job related information and coordinate work activities between shifts through turn over report meetings and direct contact with leadership .
  4. Assist in maintaining shop equipment and associated JSAs .
  5. Support Lean Activities .

Required:

Position Overview:

Leon Financial, LLC is seeking a senior-level Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Originator to join its growing real estate credit platform. This role is designed for a proven, fully formed credit originator with the ability to independently source, structure, and close institutional real estate credit transactions across multiple asset classes.

Leon Financial operates a diversified real estate credit platform, with active focus areas that include industrial, multifamily, healthcare, retail, and self-storage. The successful candidate will be a strong CRE credit generalist — someone with depth in certain asset classes and the judgment and flexibility to execute across others as capital allocation and deal flow evolve.

This is not a training or ramp-up role. The expectation is immediate contribution and consistent production.

Key Responsibilities:

Originate commercial real estate credit transactions across a diversified set of asset classes, including:

  • Industrial and logistics
  • Multifamily
  • Healthcare-related real estate
  • Retail
  • Self-storage

Source opportunities through established relationships with:

  • Sponsors and operators
  • Developers and owners
  • Brokers and capital markets intermediaries

Structure and execute a range of CRE credit solutions, including:

  • Senior secured loans
  • Mezzanine debt
  • Preferred equity
  • Transitional and structured credit investments
  • Recapitalizations and complex capital stacks
  • Own transactions end-to-end, from initial sourcing and structuring through underwriting, credit approval, and closing, in close partnership with internal investment, legal, and asset management teams.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of institutional-quality opportunities aligned with Leon Financial's risk-adjusted return objectives.
  • Represent Leon Financial, LLC in the market with sponsors, intermediaries, and industry participants.

Qualifications:

  • 10–20+ years of commercial real estate credit origination experience with a verifiable history of closed transactions.
  • Demonstrated track record as a high-performing CRE credit originator, not an emerging producer.
  • Experience originating credit across multiple CRE asset classes, with depth in one or more of Leon Financial's core focus areas.

Background originating credit at one or more of the following:

  • Private real estate credit funds
  • Real estate debt platforms
  • Institutional or specialty CRE lenders
  • Strong credit judgment and comfort with underwriting transactions across different property types and market cycles.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously with high accountability and minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
