Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager (Bridge/Structural) to support preconstruction, estimating, and project execution for bridge and heavy civil structural projects across MN. This role will play a key part in pursuing new work, developing competitive bids, and successfully delivering projects from award through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction / Business Development

• Identify and pursue bridge and structural project opportunities in public and private markets
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for constructability and risk
• Develop quantity take-offs, production rates, and detailed cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Develop bid schedules, work plans, and risk assessments
• Participate in bid strategy meetings and final bid reviews

Project Management / Execution

• Lead project handoff from estimating to operations in partnership with the Superintendent
• Develop project schedules, phasing plans, and detailed work packages
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and job cost reporting
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
• Lead coordination meetings with owners, engineers, and internal teams
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billing
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality plans

We are seeking a highly motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and grow with us. The successful candidate will have a solid background in geotechnical engineering and an understanding of chemical grouting and retrofit foundation work. This position will be in our geotechnical division which focuses on existing structures challenged by ordinary solutions. Example projects in our business line include soil strengthening and stabilization, such as for existing structures with poor bearing strata; groundwater control and waterproofing for below-grade structures experiencing moisture infiltration; or installation of new micro-pile foundations in industrial plants in congested areas. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Conducting geotechnical investigations, field exploration, and specifying laboratory testing for various civil and geotechnical engineering projects.

Job Summary:

The RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department at Raytheon in Andover, MA, is currently seeking a Principal Electro-Mechanical Engineer to develop leading-edge miniaturized 3DHI sensors and systems to enable future generation technologies across Raytheon.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated “self-starter” who will apply strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills to implement innovative solutions to challenging design criteria. They will be involved in research efforts including initial concepts, advanced technology demonstrations, and will have the opportunity to follow product development from beginning to end, including documentation, fabrication, assembly, and test/delivery of a range of microelectronics products. This position requires strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to maintain positive relationships & satisfaction with Program leadership (Engineering and Program Management). Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials and prior experience working with contract manufacturers (OSATs) is highly desired.

The role requires knowledge of high-density microelectronic packaging designs including Interposers, organic substrates, wafer and chip bumping and general knowledge in areas of electronic components/devices such as ASICs and FPGAs, design of electronic packaging chassis and structures, interconnects (connectors/cables), and thermal management design of high-density electronic systems and electronic enclosures. The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team discipline is seeking a Test Architect to support the NASAMS® surface to air defense system programs. The Test Architect (TA) will be accountable for architecting a technically sound approach for the Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategy for the entire lifecycle of the product along with influencing the prime item architecture to support that strategy.

 

What You Will Do

• Responsible for test strategy for all aspects of the program and defines metrics to gauge progress.

• Responsible for defining or optimizing test environments and requirements to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Responsible for interface and coordination with internal and external organizations on test strategy, coordination, execution, and reporting activities.

• Extensive interaction with Program Managers, Directorate Leads, Chief Engineers, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Coordinate with other program disciplines to draw on their SMEs to address emergent issues across the systems, software, and hardware domains.

• Represent the interests of the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) discipline on the program.

• Interface with the customer community on a regular basis to share test status, issues, and address programmatic concerns.

• Knowledge base for Model Based Systems Engineering and how to use this in Integration and Test for test strategy.

• International travel up to 20%, Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required.

This position reports into the overall NASAMS SI&T Cross Product Team Lead.

What You Will Do:

• Support the test architect in the integration and test strategy development and implementation to include metric collection and tracking.

• Support the development and review of test plans and test procedures.

• Support the planning, preparations, and conduct and product acceptance, system demonstration, and System Integration and Checkout (SICO) events.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across the licensing and compensation platform, including integrations with internal and external systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP technologies, preferably in compensation or licensing domains.

• Familiarity with SAP ICM/APM and ALM modules.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in relevant Modules
