Mold Maker (A or B) – Injection Molding Tooling

Worcester County | Direct Hire

Our client, a global manufacturer of high-power electrical connector solutions, is seeking experienced Mold Makers to join their Tool Room team in Worcester County, Massachusetts. These positions focus on building, repairing, and maintaining precision injection molds used in high-volume manufacturing.

This is a strong opportunity for experienced toolmakers, mold makers, or injection mold technicians who enjoy precision machining and working with complex tooling.

Key Responsibilities of Toolmaker:

• Build, repair, and modify precision injection molds and tooling used in production

• Operate and troubleshoot equipment including CNC machines, EDM, mills, grinders, and manual machining equipment

• Work from engineering drawings, CAD/CAM models, and blueprints to fabricate mold components

• Diagnose tooling issues and perform mold maintenance to support production uptime

• Use inspection tools and gauging equipment to maintain tight tolerances

Qualifications of Toolmaker:

• Experience with injection mold fabrication, mold repair, or tool & die work

• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, EDM, grinding, and manual machining equipment

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM models

• Experience working in a tool room, plastics manufacturing, or precision machining environment

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager / Coordinator to support our project teams through advanced BIM and digital construction technologies. The ideal candidate will manage BIM processes, coordinate multi-disciplinary models, and support project planning through 3D, 4D, and 5D modeling to improve project efficiency, collaboration, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM/VDC processes across multiple construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using tools such as Navisworks and Revit.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and design consultants.
• Develop 4D construction sequencing simulations and support project scheduling.
• Assist with site logistics planning and constructability reviews.
• Maintain and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, and workflows.
• Support project teams with model-based quantity takeoffs and visualization.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on BIM/VDC tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in BIM/VDC within the construction industry.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 preferred.
• Understanding of construction drawings, coordination workflows, and building systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 4D scheduling tools (Synchro, Navisworks Timeliner).
• Knowledge of laser scanning, reality capture, or point cloud modeling.
• Familiarity with Dynamo or BIM automation tools is a plus.

Job Description Summary

Position Objective:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business for Trench Safety. You will do this by developing your assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

Position Responsibilities:

• Embrace and promote Sunbelt’s safety culture
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and develop new customers within assigned territory and market segments to “grow the business”
• Solicit business by calling on regular and prospective customers via phone or traveling throughout the assigned territory for planned visits or cold calls
• Prepare proposals or bid packages by understanding blueprints, plans, and related customer documents, consulting with Sunbelt engineers, and other technical resources. Attention to detail necessary to prepare customer inquiries and ensure resulting proposals and bid packages are prepared to the required standards of all engineering/safety protocols
• Provide application solutions for customers
• Promote Sunbelt’s customer safety training capabilities
• Coordinate project specs with internal operational personnel to ensure that the objective of the job is accomplished in accordance with the customer timeline and requirements
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities within assigned territory
• Maintain CRM database daily through consistent entering of sales calls and job site details
• In concert with management, develop and achieve applicable Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets KPI’s, revenue & market growth targets
• Learn all aspects of equipment, function and appropriate applications
• Work daily with other divisional OSR’s to build new relationship and highlight the value of working with all the solutions Sunbelt provides. Educate local Sunbelt representatives on Trench Safety products. Complete joint calls and share leads with other Sunbelt representatives in the territory.
• Work with accounts payable on delinquent accounts, assist with AP to communicate with customers, collect payments from customers and maintain accurate customer records
• Performance will be measured by regular territory revenue and market growth targets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or Shoring industry plus 2+ years of direct sales experience
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must
• Requires a proven sales track record in solution-selling approach
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Requires a strong technical background, detail-oriented along with the ability effectively present technical information to engineers, project managers and executive management
• Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple opportunities and clients concurrently
• Ability to work effectively and meet sales objectives without detailed day-to-day direction
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Effective listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
• Previous equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred

Base Pay Range: $40, ,558.00

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.

Location Details: Remote - United States

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days), and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We enable internal teams to securely build, deploy, and scale AI capabilities across the company—driving innovation, productivity, and customer impact. Our platform supports 100+ large language models across multiple vendors (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, AWS) with 99.99% uptime, serving thousands of employees and dozens of teams.

What you'll get to do...

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence.

Your experience should include...

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
• Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.

• AI/ML Infrastructure Experience - Working with LLMs, RAG systems, or broader AI/ML infrastructure.
• Container Orchestration - Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Security & Privacy - Experience with secure data handling and privacy frameworks.
• Developer Platform Background - Experience building internal tooling or developer platforms.
• Leadership & Community Engagement - Passion for team building, mentoring engineers, and contributing to open-source initiatives.
