The Manager, Enterprise Programs & Platform Performance is a leadership role focused on developing high performance teams while driving enterprise programs and advancing platform capabilities that enable Global Security's mission worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Security Control Center (GSCC) Strategic Operations, this role leads a high-impact team including a Program Manager and Geospatial Specialists, while fostering an inclusive, high-trust culture aligned with The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) values. This role will coach, develop, and hold the team accountable—building capability and engagement to deliver exceptional results.

Beyond people leadership, this role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for Travel Risk Management (TRM) and the platforms supporting Open-Source Intelligence / Social Media Research (OSINT/SMR) operations. As the TRM expert, this leader is responsible for evolving the enterprise TRM program into a global, Fortune 50 gold-standard capability supporting more than 150,000 travelers annually, partnering with enterprise travel leadership to align with ISO 31030 standards and ensuring Disney's global workforce is supported with best-in-class travel safety resources and response capabilities. The role also provides strategic direction for geospatial tools and OSINT/SMR platforms—defining desired outcomes and empowering the team to deliver technical solutions that drive reliability, automation, and actionable insights.

This position carries a global remit with primary focus on the Western Hemisphere and serves as part of the governance center for all TWDC Control Centers worldwide. The manager partners closely with GSCC operations leadership and teams across Global Security—including intelligence, investigations, security operations, and emergency preparedness and response—as well as enterprise travel leadership and studio segment partners to ensure readiness, response, and stakeholder confidence.

The GSCC operates 24/7/365, supporting emergency and non-emergency events, monitoring global affairs, managing incoming calls, dispatching resources, and providing event-driven global notifications. In emergencies, the GSCC coordinates enterprise assistance, delivers technical and advisory support for essential services, issues risk warnings, disseminates employee information, and serves as the central communication hub for Global Security.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-impact team (Program Manager and Geospatial Specialists); set clear goals, coach performance, and create growth opportunities.

Program & Portfolio Leadership.

  • Serve as enterprise SME for Travel Risk Management (TRM); own the strategic vision and maturation of the program into a Fortune 50 gold standard aligned with ISO 31030, supporting 150K+ travelers annually.
  • Partner with enterprise travel leadership to design and implement TRM frameworks, policies, and response protocols that ensure traveler safety across all global destinations.
  • Guide strategy on platforms supporting OSINT/SMR operations; oversee selection, configuration, and optimization to enable global monitoring.
  • Drive strategic direction and delivery of TRM and OSINT/SMR programs in partnership with GSCC leadership; define objectives, timelines, risks, and success measures.
  • Oversee vendor lifecycle management through the Program Manager; ensure KPI tracking, accountability, and service quality.
  • Align program outcomes to enterprise priorities; remove barriers and prepare leadership narratives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Platform Performance & Strategic Guidance

  • 5+ years of experience in security, with a minimum of 3 years in travel risk management, including demonstrated expertise in TRM program design, implementation, and operations at an enterprise scale.
  • Minimum of 3 years directly leading and developing people, including multidisciplinary teams across varied experience levels.
  • Subject matter expertise in TRM frameworks, standards (such as ISO 31030), and travel safety program management.

The Ride Control Systems Engineer will report to the Executive Ride Control Systems Engineer.

This is a full time role.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage entire scope to conceive, design, & deliver control systems for a wide variety of complex and innovative ride systems and related equipment

Ride Control Software Engineers work within Imagineering’s Ride Engineering Studio in a highly collaborative environment on diverse teams. The role of Ride Control Software Engineer Principal (Design Assurance) focuses on design, analysis, system safety, and verification across multiple projects, supporting project teams in critical engineering quality activities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct design assurance activities in standards and best practices development, partnering with ride engineering partners across Disney Experiences and the amusement ride industry.

  • Stay abreast of, and participate in the development of, company and industry standards and methodologies.

  • Participate in company committees and industry organizations involved in ride safety and design.

  • Maintain and improve engineering processes to meet project delivery and design assurance objectives.

Design Assurance Engineers work alongside our project teams to provide experience, knowledge, and expertise to help advance our projects.

This role will work with the Executive Ride Development Engineering.

This is a full-time role.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Ride Engineering design review process to ensure that appropriate engineering/design standards, methods, analyses, and judgment are applied so the engineered products meet the design intent and the business imperatives of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Review designs related to Ride Engineering products and provide feedback to project teams and functional management regarding the acceptability of those designs.

  • Interpret and develop standards and codes that will be utilized by the Ride Engineering organization.

  • Advocate global consistency of solutions for similar problems, and compliance with Disney and external standards.

  • Partner with Disney leadership and project teams to improve process and standards for the benefit of future engineering efforts.

  • Contribute to mentoring and talent development

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced engineering knowledge (e.g., statics, dynamics, kinematics, stress/strain/fatigue).

  • Advanced engineering expertise (e.g., machine design, weldments, power train, materials).

  • Proficiency with engineering tools (e.g., Solid Modeling, Building Information Modeling (BIM), 2D Modeling, FEA, Engineering calculation software e.g. Mathcad, Engineering programming and modeling software e.g. MatLab).

  • Superior design sensibilities and creative problem solving.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large and diverse team environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous Disney or entertainment experience, with advanced knowledge of the industry.

    AMCL is looking to recruit a Senior Data Asset Management Consultant into the US team. The role will support the delivery of a variety of consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organizations across multiple sectors, including transit, power, municipal, ports, and real estate.     Key Responsibilities

    • Work as a Senior Consultant within the delivery team and support the implementation of business transformation projects, including asset management consultancy, training, and data and information projects.

    • Consult with clients in the improvement of their asset management capabilities.

    • Identify, manage, and support business development and sales activities, including identifying new opportunities, supporting bid work, writing proposals, and developing presentations.

    Additional Information
