Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking Associate Mission Systems Engineers to join our team in Tukwila, WA.  

BDS has an exciting opportunity on the United States Air Force (USAF) E-7A Program for Mission Systems Engineers.  The Mission Systems Team is responsible for design, procurement, and integration of the full Mission Systems capability onboard the E-7A.

The E-7 is the world’s most advanced, capable, and reliable Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platform, having proven itself in operations around the world.  The aircraft is designed to track multiple airborne and maritime targets simultaneously.  It can provide situational awareness and direct other assets such as fighter jets and warships.  The E-7A program is an important program for Boeing with significant growth potential.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
• Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
• Assists in monitoring suppliers' performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
• Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Manufacturing Engineers to support operations in Moses Lake, WA. Positions will support the 737 programs within the Interior Responsibility Center, Propulsions, or Electrical Systems Responsibility Center. Primary Responsibilities:

This is a Production Engineering role requiring direct interface with people, parts, and equipment on the production floor. A typical day may include:

• Spending extended periods on your feet (up to 8 hours), standing and walking on the production floor.

• Working at heights or in confined/tight spaces.
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

The P-8 Mission Systems Software Operating Systems (OS) team needs a strong software architect on-site to lead a variety of products including the Virtual Integration Platform (VIP).

The P-8 Poseidon program is the premier Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) platform for the US Navy and several international partners. Candidates will belong to an Agile software engineering development team that supports operating system, hardware, platform, and application development.

This engineer shall lead, oversee, and direct design, development, analysis, and maintenance of software systems, possess applicable domain experience, and work with internal and external teams across the P-8 Program to support Operating Systems development. The Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft (MCDA) Boing Global Services (BGS) support equipment engineering team seeks an Associate and Experienced Level Support Maintenance Analyst in Tukwila, WA. The Maintenance Analyst will be part of a team researching and assessing engineering changes to determine impact on maintenance operations. The MCDA team supports all derivative programs in the Puget Sound region (KC-46, VC-25B and E-7A).
