Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the success of our infrastructure projects, including bridges, highways, transportation systems, and treatment plant facilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing large-scale civil construction projects and will play a key role in supporting project execution on projects that shape our communities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of heavy civil construction projects including highways, bridges, tunnels, rail, and water treatment facilities.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects.
Proven leadership in managing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and cost control.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel and work on-site as needed.

- NYC We are seeking an HVAC Controls Engineer/Project Manager.
Responsibilities include BAS Systems Integration, optimization, and full system replacements, covering project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction within Commercial HVAC Controls/Building Automation.
You will lead the project team, act as the contact for all stakeholders, and handle multi-building or complex controls projects.
Additionally, you will mentor team members and serve as an HVAC controls expert for the business.
Bachelor’s degree in EE, ME, CE, Math or Physics.
Niagara / BACnet experience REQUIRED Strong interest in building automation and controls required.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the HVAC/controls industry DDC controller programming, third party device integration with BACnet and Modbus preferred.
Experience with mechanical system operation.
Basic understanding of the construction process preferred.
Strong communication, negotiating and organizational skills.
Competency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Automated Logic WebCTRL experience a plus.
Duties: Develop custom energy reporting, power metering, trending, and billing programs.
Produce drawings, sequences of operation, and bills of material of building automation systems for submission to project Engineers/teams.
Develop BMS software databases (programming and graphics) in accordance with engineering documents and project specifications.
Design, integrate and support network migration for Internet / Ethernet / BACnet / Modbus platforms.
Maintain accurate As-Built drawing package and make changes in AutoCAD, Visio, Excel and Word as required.
Visit the field as necessary to adjust design sequences to operate correctly with the actual system(s) and remain on site as necessary to complete functional checkout and commissioning activities in support of technicians to meet project schedules.
