Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Degree Requirements:

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Material science, Civil Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering)

Other Requirements:

• Programming skills (C++, Python)

• Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically.

• Proficient in ABAQUS, Hypermesh, Simlab, or other commercial FE software packages

• Experienced on static stress analysis, heat transfer, nonlinear material and large deformation, contact/impact, dynamics, and thermal mechanical FEA analysis using ABAQUS

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Knowledge of mechanical systems (engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, etc.)

• Knowledge of robust design and optimization

• Background and interest in physics-based analysis of systems and components

• Knowledge & experience in Machine Learning

• Ability to write efficient, well-documented code in Python

• Experience with the operation, design, and/or testing of heavy machinery equipment Excellent analytical skills

• • Ability to perform complex assignments

Summary:

We are hiring a Intellectual Property Coordinator in Chillicothe, IL

Job title: Intellectual Property Coordinator

Location: Chillicothe, IL (Onsite)

Duration: 12‑month contract

Pay rate: $45.00-47.00 on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Track programs from an IP perspective and ensure compliance.

• Maintain the company’s patent and IP portfolio.

• Coordinate invention capture sessions and project reviews.

• Support IP activities across NTI, NPI, and Small Batch development stages.

• Drive teams to establish NDAs, MDAs, and service agreements.

• Route contracts for approval and maintain documentation.

• Ensure invention forms and patent filings are completed before disclosure.

• Provide admin support for Patent Review Board activities.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail

• Excellent communication & collaboration abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

• Familiarity with patents, IP workflows, NDAs, MDAs, and contract processes

• Experience with IP portfolio management or legal documentation

• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
