Raytheon’s RF & Microelectronics Center is responsible for full-scope Independent Design, Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for microwave products, including architecture trades, design, layout, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of antenna systems and associated integrated system verification solutions. What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and sustain state-of-the-art Transmit/Receive (T/R) microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, planar arrays, etc).

  • Implement best practice standards with regard to the planning, coordination, and implementation of microwave design and test with sound engineering process discipline and leadership.

  • Interface with factory, program, and customer personnel to implement design improvements.

  • Support factory troubleshooting, analyze product defect trends, and implement process/product improvements in alignment with factory and program production needs.

  • This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in McKinney, TX.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Experience with transmit/receive functions covering large frequency range (MHz thru Ka-band).  

  • Experience with data analysis using MATLAB.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • MS in Electrical Engineering is a PLUS.

  • Experience with PWB and CCA processes for hybrid designs incorporating digital, power, and RF circuitry.

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receive the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.

In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.

What You Will Do

  • Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables
  • Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data
  • Proofreading data for compliance to the requirement(s)
  • Managing the data deliverable schedule and providing the data to the customer on-time
  • Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data
  • Running forecast reports and providing them to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Providing metrics related to on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request

You will ensure our products meet customer requirements and perform to expectations, from initial development through deployment and post-deployment support. What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop test procedures and
  • troubleshoot system level issues for RF and EW systems.
  • Perform calibration and operation of phased array antennas within a laboratory test‑range environment.
  • Support testing, validation, and integration activities for phased array antenna systems, RF sensor, and EW systems.
  • Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate ES/EA system performance and inform design decisions.
  • Create and execute test plans and procedures, evaluate system functions and interfaces, and verify system requirements in preparation for final system sell-off to the customer.
  • Support production, system deployment, and post-deployment activities, ensuring product performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate across hardware and software disciplines to identify and implement solutions to complex system challenges.
  • Engage in Digital Transformation (DTx) efforts, leveraging methods and enabling technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development practices.
  • Work alongside teams of engineers to support integration and testing efforts, ensuring seamless functionality of system components.
  • Utilize laboratory equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
  • Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 20%. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of EW/Radar systems design and requirements engineering experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues.

What You Will Do

What You Will Do

  • Serve as Product Owner for the team, owning the backlog, prioritizing work, and ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivery commitments
  • Work with the Scrum Master to plan and execute Agile meetings, including sprint planning and Program Increment (PI) execution, to deliver high-quality, cloud-enabled capabilities on schedule
  • Coordinate delivery and selloff of completed work to customers, ensuring technical acceptance and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that keeps the platform aligned with modern DevOps practices, cloud-native architecture, and relevant COTS solutions
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, cloud services, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities, security posture, and team effectiveness

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Physics and a minimum 8 years of related work experience
  • Experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of RedHat Linux operating systems
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and/or Chef
  • Experience with CI/CD concepts and toolchains (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, Helm) from a user and integrator perspective
  • Ability to obtain DOD TS/SCI security clearance is required after day 1. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer
