Overview
We are seeking a Data Center MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to provide exceptional design and project management services for data center projects. The ideal candidate will lead internal design teams, work in a client-facing project management position, and manage various projects from concept to completion. This role is critical for ensuring that the data center’s infrastructure is designed to meet the demands of its operations while also being energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Employment is project based on the estimated project duration of one year. Extension is possible, although not guaranteed. This is hourly exempt and benefits eligible, including full Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life, Education opportunities, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, integration, and delivery of MEP systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, cooling, CDUs, BMS, fire protection) across high-density mission-critical environments.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring design scalability, while ensuring safety requirements are met.
- Drive performance optimization, reliability, and compliance with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards.
- Define HVAC technical requirements and coordinate with other teams.
- Develop office design standards for Data Center and Mission Critical sectors.
- Collaborate across disciplines to create integrated technical solutions.
- Coordinate with Energy Modeling teams to optimize energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
- Serve as client-facing representative on behalf of JB&B and Trinity to offer additional support, leading project with a solutions-based mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering required.
- Data Center experience required.
- 5 years of experience in facility design and construction environments.
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of data center HVAC systems.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of liquid-cooling systems and energy efficiency metrics (PUE/WUE).

Job Title: Associate Engineer/Automation Technician

Ideal candidate is an Automation Technician (2 years) with strong hands-on PLC troubleshooting skills, ladder logic reading, HMI familiarity, and packaging equipment experience. Able to collaborate with mechanical techs, and adept at diagnosing electrical/automation issues in a GMP manufacturing environment. Industry background is flexible; key requirement is practical automation experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
In this role, you will provide technical engineering support on all system/equipment optimization strategies, upgrades, replacements, and modifications. You will evaluate and determine if utility systems, process maintenance, instrumentation/ calibration/electrical systems and technical cleaning systems are maintained in compliance with all applicable industry standards, regulatory standards and FDA standards in the Inspection and Packaging area in Non-Standard Shifts structure.
Take part in the coordination of tech support on engineering, regulatory, compliance, calibration, quality, microbial/environmental, technical cleaning, validation, electrical, and process automation issues.
Assist during regulatory agency inspections. Provide technical support in response to the FDA and other regulatory agencies.

Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent Job Description: The Assistant Superintendent (Assistant Supt.) supports managing work flow consistent with the project schedule, communicates project priorities to field staff and subcontractors, maintains daily log/report of all activities and site conditions, and manages the punch list and closeout process through owner/architect acceptance.
The Assistant Supt.
understands and administers the HITT safety program to include all subcontractors, ensures that all accidents/incidents are promptly reported and investigated, and assists in safety inspection by outside agencies.
The Assistant Supt.
assists in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the building aspects of each project in order to meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives.
Responsibilities Work with project manager in formulating project schedule, ensure that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed, makes and follows through with schedule commitments Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project Maintain good working relationship with all subcontractors on the project, develop relationships within the community that enhances business opportunities, and ensure subcontractors are treated fairly.
Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understand subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identify problems early and act immediately to provide solutions.
Develop and organize the site team, arrange for temporary facilities/utilities for the site, and identify long lead items that need to be expedited Qualifications High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience all a plus Project lead experience a plus Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex.

Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
Oversee the design and construction of transportation and roadway projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
Ensure that all projects comply with ODOT regulations and guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Utilize AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other software to produce detailed project plans and drawings.
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to analyze water flow and drainage patterns, and develop solutions to mitigate potential flooding and erosion.
Work with licensed landscape architects to design and implement site development plans, including green infrastructure, stormwater management, and sustainable design features.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, and communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio.
3+ years of experience in transportation and roadway design, ODOT regulations and guidelines, and AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, such as HEC-RAS or SWMM.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
