Opportunity
Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Systems Designer to help build a thrilling new game franchise. The Senior Systems Designers create rewarding loops that help players set goals, progress, and stay engaged over multiple play sessions. They craft and tune player advancement and rewards across the entire game.
You will collaborate closely with the Game Director, department leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and drive the strategic vision for player progression and meta systems. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the vision and execution of player progression, meta systems, and engagement loops across single and multiplayer experiences.
- Define and drive KPIs for progression systems that align with player satisfaction and business goals.
- Mentor and guide systems designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on systems design and progression.

- Shipped at least one AAA title with significant ownership of progression or meta systems.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement strategies, and content pacing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on tool development and pipeline optimization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000

Application Manager – Role Summary
The Application Manager is responsible for identifying and delivering winning solutions for ODU and our customers. This role quotes and secures custom connector and cable assembly projects, owning and driving the project from concept through design-win and into serial production while ensuring profitability and strong customer satisfaction. As the primary customer stakeholder representative, the Application Manager manages all project related communication between the customer and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the quotation process for custom connector and cable assembly projects, providing ROM and firm quotes that ensure profitable growth.
- Drive projects from initial concept through design-win and into series/serial production.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear and timely communication between the customer and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Project Management, Product Development Engineering, Field Application Engineers, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Product Team Leaders throughout the full project and production process.

The Customer Account Specialist (CAS) develops and maintains customer relationships with buyers and provides support for questions related to purchase orders, quotations, product inquiries, quality issues, and technical assistance. CAS works closely with the Regional Sales Managers to problem solve and find unique solutions to meet the customers' requests in a timely fashion, in support of ODU's unique selling proposition of quickness. Customer Service also supports the Sales team by fielding customer requests, working with the necessary departments to clear roadblocks, and problem solve to ultimately satisfy all customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Reviews customer purchase orders to ensure all data is correct, identifying unique requirements that meet the ODU standard procedures; ensures order confirmations are sent to customers within 24 hours of receipt of order
- Partners with necessary department(s) to ensure compliance with customer requirements before accepting an order, as well as identifying unique customer requirements and problem solves to find the best solution for all parties
- Maintains ERP system with relevant customer data including shipping information, shipping dates, unique requirements and any other necessary information; manages the backlog process to ensure data integrity within the system, which may include on time delivery (OTD) data, monthly sales projections, monthly inventory projections, etc.
- Responsible for a full lifecycle of orders, which may include handling customer expedite requests, special or unique demand requirements; partners with Supply Chain to find creative ways to improve inventory availability
- Creates quotations and maintains price lists for standard products, as well as special customer pricing for large contracts; partners with Product Management to execute price increases to the market as needed
- Maintains solid relationships with all assigned customers, always seeking additional opportunities to meet the customer requests and needs; listens to customer queries patiently with an ear toward solution, requesting support as needed
- Works with top customers to retrieve supplier scorecards; and check the on-time delivery (OTD) to the established timeline in our ERP system; provides advanced notification to customers if shipment is delayed
- Responsible for Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA's), including timely processing and resolution, partnering with internal Quality team to find the best solution for the customer and ODU

A Manufacturing Technician to support the Mission Enabling Products (MEP) Business Unit. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs a variety of duties relating to the fabrication or assembly of mechanical components for larger assemblies.

• May assist mechanical engineers in the development of mechanical and electromechanical engineering designs, tests, fabrications of assemblies and components.

How will you make an impact?
The Lead Electrical CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed model designs, modifying existing designs, and working collaboratively with engineers and other team members to meet product specifications. What will you do?
- Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.

This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.
What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.
- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.
- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.
- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.
- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.
- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.
- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).
- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.
- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.
