The successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience to lead the in-house engineering team in the design and construction of complex process-facility projects. 

Projects include new design and construction of manufacturing plants and facilities, and rehabilitation of existing plants/facilities and other high-hazard environments. 

A design engineer with hands on experience who can effectively manage their time and complete tasks on their own. 

Requirements 

B.S. in Chemical Engineering as a minimum

8+ years’ experience in chemical process engineering

Ability to work closely with a team of engineers of varied backgrounds and expertise and effectively align solution delivery with vendors to ensure ultimate satisfaction of the client’s requirements

Time management skills to deal with competing priorities while setting progressive yet realistic time frames and expectations relative to project deliverables

The Chemical Process Engineer will work to support the entire team in the execution of projects. Having knowledge of, and ability to perform, the following is required:

Working independently

Developing material and energy balances and process flow diagrams (PFD’s);

Development of piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID’s)

Equipment sizing, specifying and purchasing;

Equipment and piping layout design support,

Process and utility calculation

We are looking for an experienced industrial property and building manager to join our client's real estate development team. Candidates must live in or near the Fitchburg, Wilmington, or Billerica area to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including full financial and physical performance
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants; oversee vendor coordination and issue resolution
• Manage property financials including payables/receivables, budget development, variance tracking, and reporting
• Lead annual operating and capital budget preparation
• Conduct and formalize comprehensive inspection programs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Review and approve annual lease reconciliations and tenant estimates
• Interpret and negotiate commercial lease language and vendor contracts
• Bid, negotiate, award, and oversee service contracts in alignment with company standards
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual and service-level expectations
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate, timely reporting and contract compliance
• Oversee tenant improvements and capital projects from construction through move-in, ensuring lease compliance and smooth transition
• Support acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence coordination with development and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governmental directives
• Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience
• Strong understanding of budgeting, lease analysis, and building operations
• Experience negotiating commercial leases and vendor contracts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and delegation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi and/or Building Engines preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

L3Harris Space and Mission Systems has a need for an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and Control Account Manager (CAM) Project Engineer (PE). This critical position leads the development and delivery of cutting-edge Space-based payloads and sensors for remote sensing, missile warning and track, and space warfighting within technical, cost, and schedule objectives of a project baseline throughout all phases of the program life cycle. This role is responsible for full lifecycle Project Engineering support for a range of software and hardware development, assembly, and integration and test efforts.

The position is critical to our warfighter customer to ensure delivery of crucial space products!

• Responsible for successfully leading a project team to meet customer requirements within allocated cost and schedule commitments.
• Develops, oversees, and coordinates the cost/schedule/technical aspects of an ongoing engineering project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer.
• Reviews status of engineering projects and budgets, manages schedules, drives execution, identifies opportunities, and delivers results through achieving payment milestones.
• Assesses engineering issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Identifies, tracks, mitigates, manages, and dispositions program-level risks and opportunities.
• Estimate resource and material needs for the project/product.
• Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• Understands how to develop a schedule using Earned Value (EV) and manage a project using the Earned Value Indicators on a DCMA surveilled program (highest rigor applied).
• Participate in small teams and perform a wide variety of tasks to drive execution (e.g., value stream mapping activities)
• Must have ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment on quick reaction projects and will have regular contact with customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Prior or current IPTL/CAM Professional experience
• Prior or current experience with project engineering and program execution
• Experience in managing multi-discipline programs across multiple locations
• Experience in managing a team Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTL) and driving labor resources in a matrix organization
• Experience with Technical Supplier Management, Risk and Opportunity Management

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in space telescope, optical-mechanical development programs is preferred

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $106,500 – $197,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
