What You’ll Do:
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new Seize the Deal advertising partnerships (including Dining Deals, Deal of the Week and our Auctions) with local and regional businesses
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution and campaign launch
- Coordinate with clients to develop compelling deal offers that drive consumer engagement and merchant results
- Monitor campaign performance and provide advertisers with clear, actionable reporting and renewal conversations
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, active campaigns, and renewal opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Seize the Deal advertisers, delivering outstanding client service
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Townsquare Media advertising solutions

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead, develop, and continuously improve the quality function within a metals manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on cold drawing and roll forming operations. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet or exceed customer requirements and internal quality standards while supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with applicable industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities supporting cold drawing and roll forming processes, from incoming material inspection through final product release.
- Establish quality objectives, system documentation (procedures, work instructions, control plans), and key quality metrics for critical processes.
- Oversee process monitoring, in-process inspection, statistical process control (SPC), and quality records to ensure consistent and measurable outcomes.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities, and structured problem-solving efforts (e.g., 8D, PDCA, DMAIC).
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage customer quality concerns, non-conformances, returns, and supplier quality performance.
- Coach, train, and develop quality team members to ensure consistent application of quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct internal audits, manage calibration programs, and support external audit activities.
- Support new product and process qualification, validation, and change control activities where quality impacts exist.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, including cold drawing and roll forming processes.
- Hands-on experience with quality systems, inspection methods, process control, and corrective action programs.
- Strong working knowledge of SPC, measurement systems analysis, and quality performance metrics.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Proven problem-solving capability using structured root cause analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor a quality team.

Provides shop floor support for manufacturing methods and processes in machining, metal finishing and assembly operations for assigned product lines. How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient and detail-oriented Principal Mechanical Engineer with expertise in metal structures, frame design, pipes and fabrication to support the development of power and cooling infrastructure for data centers. This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
What will you do?
- Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.
- Understanding of installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.
- Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).
- Perform advanced structural analysis using FEA tools to validate mechanical integrity under static, dynamic, seismic, and thermal loads.
- Analyze load paths, stress concentrations, and fatigue life of structural components to ensure long-term reliability.
- Design metal enclosures with considerations for airflow, thermal containment, EMI shielding, and environmental protection.
- Evaluate and implement new materials, coatings, and fabrication technologies to enhance product performance and reliability.

What will you do?
