About the Role
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and the executive owner of enterprise technology and product strategy. This leader will drive scalable architecture, disciplined execution, cybersecurity strength, and AI-enabled innovation across a complex, high-growth legal technology organization. The CTO will oversee Engineering, Product, IT, Data, Infrastructure, and Security, ensuring alignment between technology execution and business objectives.

4. AI & Data Enablement

5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Partnership
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align technology strategy with overall business objectives.
- Strengthen coordination between technology and operations to optimize internal tools, workflows, and productivity.
- Provide clear, board-level communication on technology strategy, platform health, and long-term scalability planning.
- Prepare the organization for future scale, integration initiatives, or strategic events.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive experience across technology, engineering, and product, with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership roles such as CTO, CPTO, or VP Engineering.
- Proven success scaling SaaS platforms that directly drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS), enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and modern software development environments.
- Experience building and leading full-stack teams, ideally within TypeScript ecosystems (Vue.js, Nest.js preferred).
- Demonstrated success integrating AI capabilities into products and operational workflows.
- Strong operational discipline combined with strategic foresight and willingness to engage hands-on when required.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and influence at board level.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
