Our client is currently seeking a Environmental Manager for their Chemical Manufacturing facility near Peoria IL. The Manager will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving the Company’s programs related to environmental compliance. The Environmental Manager must possess a comprehensive knowledge & understanding of State & Federal environmental regulations including Air & Water permitting, compliance tracking, documentation and reporting (including CEMS, LDAR, DMRs, SAMRs, ACCs, etc.) and annual reporting for TRI, AER, eGRRT and other NSPS/NESHAP requirements.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Conducts or leads environmental inspections to ensure environmental compliance.
- Leads or supports incident investigations to reveal root cause(s) and works with management team to effectively and pro-actively implement changes.
- Provide leadership to and define roles and responsibilities for environmental specialists.
- Implements and administers government required environmental programs to ensure facility compliance with all permits and laws.
- Generates government required environmental reports
- Assists in environmental training development and implementation in coordination with Corporate Training Coordinator
- Works with Managers to promote environmental excellence in the workforce
- Tracks effectiveness of company environmental programs and recommends changes as appropriate.
- Acts as a liaison with State, Federal and local agencies on environmental issues.
- Tracks and submits all regulatory emissions reports.
- Maintains master files of incidents, audits, environmental records and all other records/data related to compliance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years relevant environmental experience implementing & administering environmental programs in an industrial setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of State / Federal environmental regulations including Air & Water permitting & Reporting (including CEMS, LDAR, DMRs, SAMRs, ACCs, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and supervises the operation of the daily surgery schedule, case assignment, room and personnel assignments.
- Assumes Responsibility for the operation of the Surgery Department, Sterilization Department, and Endoscopy Department when Manager is not present.
- Assumes daily responsibility for coordination of the surgical schedule to assure the most efficient utilization of the operating rooms.
- Monitor case progression to identify potential schedule changes.
- Assigns, coordinates and monitors utilization of personnel and facilities. Provides for the assignment of lunch and break relief for intraoperative staff.
- Collaborates with charge anesthesiologist to ensure that the schedule runs efficiently in accordance with policies and protocols.
- Provides assistance and leadership to the staff to ensure departmental objectives and assignments are accomplished as scheduled.
- Acts as a resource person for clinical care problems in all areas.
- Markets department's services and equipment to physicians.
- Works to maintain a positive team relationship with physicians and coworkers.

- Organizes, develops, implements, and modifies schedule planning and schedule administration program based on facility goals and objectives in conjunction with the ADSS.
- Collaborates with Education Coordinator to identify and facilitate staff developmental needs as they relate to schedule planning and administration.
- Contributes to development of QI standards for schedule planning and administration with subsequent implementation and maintenance of ongoing program.
- Participates actively in departmental meetings and committees to promote professional practice; problem solving, generates ideas and promotes change.
- Attends in-service programs and seminars to enhance knowledge of scheduling management and clinical practice.
- Demonstrates understanding of unit standards, policies and procedures and relates them appropriately to personnel.
- Reviews and recommends procedure/policy revisions and staffing changes necessary to delivery of quality patient care.

- Communicates schedule delays and changes to anesthesiology, surgeons, and nurse managers, and establishes appropriate schedule modifications.
- Communicates with staff, anesthesia providers, and surgeons to assess needs and problem solve. Directs concern to OR Manager.
- Ensures that the RN Leads are informing patient and families regarding the status of the procedure, especially in emergency and prolonged procedures, after consultation with staff physician/room staff. Be available to perform this role when RN Leads are not able.

As a Mission Architect, you will be an OPIR Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing mission architecture and spacecraft/constellation design across one or more programs. You will oversee all aspects of designing, developing, and fielding Remote Sensing (RS) space segments, including integration with ground and user segments. You will design and develop modeling and simulation tools and methods to validate mission scenarios and assess end-to-end system performance against Key Performance Parameters (KPPs). You will be responsible for assessing sensor design, development, and performance, conducting solution trades, and decomposing requirements for payload and algorithm vendors. You will be integral to writing proposals, requirements definition, system design, integration & test, and on-orbit operations.
