We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused execution of the order fulfillment process. This role manages orders from entry through delivery, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and customers. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Order Processing and Management

  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders through the ERP system, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Confirm order details including pricing, inventory status, delivery schedules, and customer terms.

Customer Communication

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Issue Resolution and Escalation

  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and delivery delays.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the Order Management Manager and collaborate to ensure resolution.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain, and Logistics to coordinate smooth order fulfillment.
  • Ensure information flows effectively across departments to meet customer expectations.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of all order transactions and communications in the ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

Inventory and Logistics Support

  • Partner with Inventory and Supply Chain teams to monitor product availability and address potential stock constraints.
  • Support Logistics coordination to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Performance Tracking and Process Improvement

  • Assist in tracking key metrics such as order accuracy, cycle time, and fulfillment success.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to improve order management workflows and efficiency.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or logistics roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Effective communicator, capable of working across teams and with external customers.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

What to Expect Assume significant technical responsibility early in your career as part of a lean headquarters staff; work primarily in an analytical and oversight role rather than operating plants at sea; balance long term engineering projects with time sensitive fleet and shipyard issues; frequent coordination with senior civilian engineers, naval officers, and technical teams; high expectations for attention to detail, judgment, and written and oral communication.
