What we are looking for:
Grammer is looking for a Tool and Die Technician to join our team in Delphos, OH. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our team!
What you will be doing:
- Provide technical assistance during process and tooling development to meet setup and while assuring process capability
- Produce first pieces required for approval to the specifications required working with Quality Assurance to assure compliance with specifications
- Produce pilot production runs and verifies speed of production and quality of product manufactured
- Verifies dimensions, alignments and clearances
- Experience & Knowledge required with electrical systems, hydraulics, and milling
- Knowledge of Hot Runner Systems, including Synventive, HRS
- Diagnose problems and determine corrective actions
- Complete all associated paperwork having to do with mold maintenance and PM logs
- Connects wiring and hydraulic lines to install electrical and hydraulic components
- Repair, modify and/or adjust molds
- Performs required insert changes and repairs
- Dismantles dies to gain access to and repair die components
- Fabricates and repairs welder plates and supports repair of miscellaneous auxiliary equipment
- Polishing, benching, spotting, grinding, drilling, machining, fitting, welding, operate overhead crane
What you will bring along:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree preferred. Journeymans card acceptable instead of technical degree.
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
- Ability to work afternoon/midnight shifts as needed
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to be on call for weekend repairs as needed
- Experience maintaining a clean and organized tool & die area that allows for easy access to molds and equipment/tools
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Grammer is looking for a Material Planner to join our MP&L team in Delphos, OH. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our team!
What you will be doing:
- Take proactive initiative, display the ability to gather, analyze, and strategically utilize data for the resolution and prevention of MP&L related challenges.
- Analyzes customer releases, ensure accurate data transfer among internal teams, customers, and suppliers as needed
- Daily System/SAP maintenance, data entry, and strategic use of SAP to ensure Grammer goals are met in addition to departmental and company continuous improvement.
- Analyze production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
- Collaborate with Production team members to determine overdue material and parts and to inform necessary parties of current or potential challenges in material flow/supply.
- Proactively align cross-functionally to expedite efficient movement of materials within the facility to ensure utilization of best practices and reduction of waste.
- Examines materials received, verifies material/parts numbers and checks discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts.
- Monthly analysis and reporting of supplier delivery and customer delivery performance.
- Interfaces with suppliers and customers as needed to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate and track shipments with transportation companies as well as navigate Customs.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist in investigating and providing solutions for inventory discrepancies.
- Other duties assigned by management or duties necessary to maintain smooth operations of the company.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Commercial vehicle manufacturing experience or experience in a related manufacturing facility /industry
- Experience with ISO9000

- Strong organization skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- SAP knowledge/experience developed through regular use

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

What we are looking for:
Grammer is looking for a MP&L Manager to join our location in Delphos, OH. The primary responsibility will be oversight of the material planning, logistics, and control processes in our facility that supplies parts primarily to the commercial vehicle industry. The MP&L Manager acts as a liaison with the customer and is responsible for the planning and delivery of our products in a timely and efficient manner.
What you will be doing:
- Represent Grammer Delphos as the primary customer service contact to the customer
- Work with Production Manager to develop production plans and forecasts
- Work with Engineering Manager on product launch, BOM and engineering change coordination
- Work with Quality Manager to support customer satisfaction initiatives and vendor base measures
- Work with Plant Controller to verify and develop solutions to inventory control challenges as needed
- Lead and Develop MP&L team members, including but not limited to those tied to warehousing and production planning functions
- Direct plant purchasing/vendor releasing functions.
- Monitor inventory adjustments and manage cycle count program
- Evaluate, implement, and develop MP&L related practices and procedures
- Approve departmental expenses, appropriation requests and participate in the budgetary process
- Maintain Grammer Metrics and report out on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, including any necessary improvement action plans
- Complete regular departmental and team member performance appraisals
