The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Tucson, AZ location. What You Will Do 

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts

• Perform and execute integration, verification and testing and/or provide Systems Engineering support during the test.

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and test

• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

JOB SUMMARY

The Land Development Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and coordination of site development projects from initial due diligence through permitting and construction planning. This role includes conducting zoning and site feasibility reviews, preparing concept and site plan drawings, and designing stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and utility systems. The engineer also performs hydrology calculations, develops construction cost estimates, prepares technical reports and correspondence, and coordinates with clients, agencies, attorneys, and project teams to ensure successful project approvals and implementation.

About the Role

The Sr. Development Manager of Multifamily / Mixed-Use Development will plan, analyze, and execute complex multifamily residential and mixed-use development projects from initial concept planning through stabilization. This role will lead all aspects of the development process, including governmental compliance, design, financial analysis, construction oversight, and project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facility Operations Manager to join a respected multinational organization responsible for managing and maintaining facilities for Miami-Dade County.

Position Overview:

• This role supports a large municipal-level facilities management contract in South Florida, overseeing daily building operations to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and operational excellence.
• The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for leadership of site teams, budget management, preventive maintenance programs, contract compliance, CMMS oversight, vendor performance, and stakeholder communication.

This is a highly responsible position that supports the health, safety and welfare of Tribal members and the public. The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the regulation and inspection of building construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations and directing compliance and enforcement of all related federal, state and local ordinances of the Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF). Work involves technical review of all types of construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. The incumbent provides general oversight, management, and leadership to building inspectors, plans examiners, and permit technicians as required and is responsible for the issuance of all permits and Certificates of Occupancy in accordance with the Florida Building Code and Tribal administrative policy. The person is also responsible for the administration of the Tribe’s elevator and commercial structure annual inspections programs.

The individual works closely with the Director of the Tribal Inspector’s Department to support all departmental programs and initiatives, including but not limited to the development of the departmental budget and strategic plans, development of building inspections processes and programs, evaluation and improvement of service delivery systems, and administration of the Tribe’s Unsafe Structures Ordinance Program. Reviews project progress and resolves design and construction related issues; negotiates fees and scope with consultants; designs projects, signs and seals construction documents, permit applications and reports.

Assists with contract developments and bidding process; reviews bids for conformance to construction documents; administers and manages consultant and contractor contracts for adherence and performance.

Establishes a Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Project Program and procedures for the Project Management Section and the Division to standardize the project management process, improve quality and performance.

Carries out special assignments requested by Division Director; meets with subordinates to review the status of their assigned projects; prepares job performance evaluations for subordinates.

Conducts meetings with consultants and contractors to review progress of work and manage all aspects of the project; reviews and approves invoices and payment requests from consultants and contractors; assists in the preparation of new fiscal year budget requests.
