We are looking for a skilled Heavy-Duty Truck Mechanic to join our team. If you enjoy turning wrenches on big iron and take pride in keeping the supply chain moving, we want to hear from you. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of Diesel Trucks.
### Key Responsibilities
* Diagnostics: Perform advanced troubleshooting on diesel engines (Cummins, Detroit, Paccar), electrical systems, and hydraulic components.
* Maintenance: Execute routine PM (Preventative Maintenance) services, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and safety inspections.
* Repair: Handle major and minor repairs on transmissions, differentials, air brake systems, and aftertreatment (DEF/DPF) systems.
* Safety & Compliance: Ensure all repairs meet DOT standards and document all work orders accurately in our fleet management software.
* Shop Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience with heavy-duty trucks or diesel engines
* High School Diploma/GED; Tech school degree preferred.
* Valid Driver's License (CDL Class A or B is a major plus).
* Must possess a personal set of Professional tools and roll Toolbox.
* Ability to lift and stand/kneel for extended periods as this job will require.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure full scope coverage.
- Prepare and assemble bid forms, alternates, clarifications, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate bid reviews and ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Participate in post-bid reviews and handoff meetings with the Project Management team.
- Support value engineering efforts and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes.

- Strong knowledge of CSI divisions, construction means and methods, and current market pricing.

This role will manage all aspects of the supply chain including planning, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management to ensure sales continuity in The Americas Region. Additionally, this role will oversee operations at Himalaya’s facility in Sugar Land and any outsourced partners. The Director of Supply Chain & Operations will report to the VP of Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall supply chain and operations strategy.
- Develop and implement an effective strategic supply chain plan.
- De-risk potential supply shortages and identify and validate secondary source vendors.
- Manage demand planning to ensure healthy inventory levels across all geographies.
- Manage relationships with retail distribution centers globally to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of all retail POs.
- Monitor Amazon and other e-commerce fulfillment performance to ensure all orders are shipped on time, in full, and within desired service levels.
- Provide input and intelligence on ingredient sourcing in collaboration with Manufacturing and Procurement.

- Analyze operational data and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain.

- Perform initial, in-process, and final inspections during manufacturing/packaging; resolve findings with Packaging or QA Management.
- Collect and label samples for release, validation, stability, and raw material testing; prepare and forward documentation to QC as needed.
- Monitor incoming materials in Quarantine; review receiving paperwork for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete CofAs.
- Inspect and approve/reject raw materials and components, including bottles, closures, cartons, and labels, verifying results with a second QA employee and updating system records accordingly.
- Prepare approval/rejection documentation, issue batch numbers, and assemble batch folders; coordinate with QA Manager on validation/stability designations.
- Issue batch documentation to production and review completed batch records for accuracy, resolving discrepancies with Production.
- Investigate material usage or yield discrepancies and assist in determining product disposition, including handling bright stock when applicable.
- Communicate product release status to Shipping and perform final pallet inspections to verify product name, lot, count, and order accuracy.
