We are seeking a detailoriented Proposal Writer with demonstrated federal proposal and contracting experience. Responsibilities
- Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to develop proposal plans, kickoff materials, and response strategies.
- Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and task assignments.
- Coordinate and facilitate proposal reviews to verify compliance with solicitation instructions, evaluation criteria, and formatting requirements.
- Interview with SMEs to gather technical, programmatic, and operational information.
- Write and edit major proposal sections, including executive summaries, technical volumes, management approaches, past performance, qualifications, and resumes.

Qualifications

- Must have experience reviewing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to develop proposal plans, kickoff materials, and response strategies.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement, including FAR, Section L/M compliance, and technical volume development.
- Knowledge of selecting and developing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that enhance proposal readability and impact.
- Experience supporting federal contracting, IT services, professional services, or HR/shared services.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, write persuasively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and common proposal collaboration tools.

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to serve as an Engineering lead for a space mission payload critical to our nation to join our team in Dulles, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
This role includes Engineering and project management through all phases of the program, from concept development and industry trade study preliminary and detailed design, payload integration & test, space vehicle integration and test and potentially on-orbit demonstration.

Provides comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients with a variety of medical conditions. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $150,800 - $265,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
