QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of applied experience in quality engineering, quality management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO-9001 and AAR M-1003 standards.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred.
- Certified Quality Auditor (ISO-9001) preferred.
- ASQ certification or other recognized quality certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical procedures, engineering documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, mills, lathes, and other production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Education And Experience
- BS degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience in a health and safety role at a manufacturing location, preferably in the chemical or food industry

- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, including the ability to train
- Working knowledge of OSHA and USEPA regulatory matters covering industrial chemical process operations

Respond quickly to downtime and production disruptions to minimize impact.

Emergency & Operational Coverage Step in during staffing gaps or emergencies to maintain operational continuity.
Provide leadership coverage across shifts as needed.

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred.
Equivalent education and experience considered.
Experience 5–10 years in manufacturing operations.
3–5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in high-temperature or industrial process manufacturing preferred.
Lean Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
Pay: $77-$96 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
