We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Application Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and optimization of personal productivity applications across BCG. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that BCG's suite of productivity tools—including Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud, and other integrated third-party applications—are implemented and operated at peak performance. As a key member of the Productivity Tools team within BCG’s Personal Productivity Organization, you will collaborate with product owners, vendors, and architects and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences, effective governance, and ongoing operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-grade applications, with 3–5 years specifically in Microsoft 365 administration and technical product analysis.
• Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud deployment and productivity enablement.
• Strong background in enterprise M365 configuration and governance, including automation tools like Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Advanced capabilities using GraphAPI, PowerShell, SQL, and Power BI for:
• Scripting and bulk administration
• Automating service management
• Data analysis and backend reporting
• Visualizing application performance metrics
• Background in implementing GenAI capabilities across Microsoft 365 (e.g., Powerpoint, Word, Excel) is a significant plus.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $121,000.00 - $147,700.00 

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

Our client, a fast-paced leader in product development, is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to join their very busy team. The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will support the transition of products from engineering to manufacturing and will be responsible for bringing new products from Design Verification build to Pilot Production. Additionally, the Manufacturing/Process Engineer will support the design, installation, and operation of production processes, including sheet metal fabrication, foaming of refrigeration enclosures, heat pipe assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and performance testing. We are looking for a Field Engineer that ideally has previous linear water rehabilitation experience i.e. sewers. This will be an onsite role for a sewer rehabilitation project for a utility client in Boston. They will be providing Owner's rep services and be reviewing drawings, RFI's, etc. to provide technical support out in the field to the main contractors out in the field. This person will coordinate back with the design engineer office to determine if changes need to be made.

L3Harris Space Superiority group has an opening for a Lead, Systems Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Wilmington, MA. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.

The L3Harris AgileEO Systems Engineering department is seeking a systems engineer to join our team and support one of our newer programs. AgileEO specializes in space-based, small aperture visible and IR telescopes with integrated electromechanical devices used for motion and focus control. The successful candidate will support the program technical leads (Lead or Chief Systems Engineer, IPT Lead) by performing technical analysis, managing specifications, and generating design review and technical documents. Additional responsibilities include supporting the test and design verification, requirements sell off, end item data package (EIDP) generation efforts.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate with program leadership to develop a technical plan and path forward for program execution.
• System Design and Integration: Develop and integrate advanced electro-optical systems for space-based applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications and mission requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance in the areas of systems engineering, including architecture development, requirements analysis, and verification and validation (V&V).
• Requirements Management: Define, manage, and maintain system and sub-system level requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Modeling and Simulation: Conduct modeling and simulation activities to predict system performance and behavior under various operational scenarios.
• Project Execution: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to final system delivery and operation.
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, design descriptions, test plans, and test reports.
• Customer Requirements: Translate the voice of the customer into system level requirements and evaluate alternative solutions to establish preliminary system designs.
• Trade Studies: Develop and evaluate trade studies for accuracy and completeness to support decision-making processes. Identify and solve problems using logical engineering thought processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and U.S. Government customers, to ensure alignment and project success.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their development and growth within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or other related scientific discipline and 9 years of relevant space-based EO/IR systems engineering work experience. A graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) is required
• 6+ years experience in electro-optics, including experience with optical design, sensors, detectors, and imaging systems
• 6+ years experience working with engineering and simulation software tools, such as MATLAB
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Holds an active Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Demonstrated experience with space systems engineering, including knowledge of space environments, satellite systems, and space mission design
• Experience in leading technical teams, managing projects, and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities
• Relevant professional certifications, such as INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification, are a plus
• Proficient in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as DOORs, CAMEO, CREO, JIRA and SysML
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of tackling complex engineering challenges
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $127,500.00 - $236,500.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Senior Software Engineer – Deployment & Reliability (Digital Pathology / Medical Imaging)

A fast-growing technology company operating in the digital pathology and medical imaging space is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and long-term reliability of advanced imaging and AI-driven software systems.

This role sits at the intersection of software deployment, infrastructure engineering, and site reliability, ensuring complex software platforms are successfully installed, integrated with customer IT environments, and maintained at high levels of performance and stability.

You will work closely with engineering, customer support, and monitoring teams to ensure a smooth transition from system deployment to ongoing operational support while contributing to improvements that make deployments more scalable and reliable over time.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end deployments of imaging, AI, and data management software systems at customer environments
• Configure and integrate servers, clusters, and storage systems within hospital or laboratory IT infrastructures
• Work with networking, authentication, storage, and security configurations to ensure successful installations
• Collaborate with field engineering teams during system installation and commissioning
• Develop standardized deployment playbooks, documentation, and validation checklists

System Reliability & Upgrades

• Manage software version rollouts, upgrades, and patching across deployed customer environments
• Work with monitoring and observability teams to track system performance and health
• Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-component systems including imaging software, AI inference pipelines, and storage layers

Customer IT & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensure deployments comply with institutional IT policies and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with support and monitoring teams to align escalation processes and root cause investigations
• Participate in post-deployment reviews to improve operational processes and reliability

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain detailed installation and configuration documentation
• Develop deployment guides, troubleshooting documentation, and internal knowledge resources
• Support and mentor field teams on standardized deployment and configuration practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in software deployment, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or systems engineering
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu) administration and scripting skills
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Familiarity with web service configuration (Nginx or Apache)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including VPNs, firewalls, and authentication systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems across software, infrastructure, and data layers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and customer IT stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to medical imaging systems, digital pathology, or healthcare technology environments
