The Opportunity
We are seeking a safety-focused and organized Production Supervisor to support daily plant operations and lead frontline production teams. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role oversees day-to-day production activities, troubleshoots issues on the floor, supports cross-training initiatives, and partners closely with Quality and Maintenance to keep operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Materials to lead materials planning, purchasing coordination, production scheduling, and shipping operations at a manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Director, this role is critical to ensuring customer orders are accurately scheduled, produced, and delivered on time while maintaining efficient inventory levels and strong supplier partnerships.
Working closely with Production, Purchasing, and Operations leadership, the Manager, Materials will own the master production schedule, oversee inbound and outbound logistics, and continuously improve materials planning and MRP processes. This role is part of the site leadership team and plays an important role in supporting a collaborative, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position is responsible for ensuring products are scheduled, produced, and shipped accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include:
· Develop and maintain the master production schedule, supporting manufacturing, order preparation, and production workflows
· Manage inbound material flow and outbound finished goods shipments
· Coordinate sourcing activities with corporate or centralized purchasing teams
· Manage local purchasing of approved commodities and maintain appropriate inventory levels
· Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
· Administer customs-related activities for import and export of materials, as applicable
· Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the use of the MRP system
· Track and report on incoming materials and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate operational data
· Support cross-functional teams in R&D and process improvement initiatives
· Foster a cooperative, team-oriented culture within the facility
· Support plant organization, cleanliness, and operational discipline

WHAT YOU BRING
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of materials management experience in a manufacturing environment
· Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications
· Solid understanding of production scheduling, procurement, and shipping/logistics
· Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
· Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (certification a plus)

As a member of the Telephony and Contact Center Technologies team, you will design, engineer, implement, and support Securian's enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. This role is focused on delivering secure, scalable, cloud-first communication solutions using RingCentral, NiCE CXone, and Cyara.
You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms
Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts
RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering
NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development
Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms
Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.
· Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
· Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations.
· The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.

This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
What will you do?
- Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.
- Understanding of installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.
- Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).

This role will involve designing and developing wiring harness systems, including schematic creation, harness architecture, panel layout, developing specifications, selecting key components, and transitioning design to manufacturing. Furthermore, the position includes leading test process implementation and ensuring equipment alignment to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and reliability.
