As an engineer supporting the Air Breathing Propulsion section, the selected candidate will support the design and analysis needs of unclassified and classified programs in Redondo Beach, California. Candidate will interface with customers to define study areas and report status on current programs and technology development efforts. Candidate may interface with their management and technical teams to define business relationships and technology initiatives for both IRAD (Internal Research and Development) and CRAD (Contractual Research and Development) efforts. As a Lead Electrical Engineer, the candidate must have experience with L band RF systems, able to work from customer requirements to derive additional requirements, define the architecture of a possible solution based on requirements, setup a requirements schema & link requirements to documents (systems/subsystem specification, hardware/RF architecture description document, etc.) and flow down applicable requirements to other groups (software, ASIC, & test) so that they can contribute to realize the end solution based on the proposed architecture.

Position Summary:

Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms
Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts
RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering
NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development
Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.
· Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
· Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations.
· The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
· Provides the interface to the Manufacturing function providing comprehensive documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.
· Through working with the Test Support function monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies and Uptime providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
· In conjunction with the Test Engineer strives to consistently upgrade the test process balancing cost, coverage with the goal of providing an optimized and cost efficient test process.
