Job Title: Account Manager
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites, service, and test W/WWT facilities (boilers, cooling towers, etc).
- Monitor and review treatment programs, make recommendations for improved performance.
- Provide clients and colleagues with detailed and accurate service reports.
- Maintain accurate records of the on-site chemicals inventory.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to plan and execute new WT programs.
- Regularly troubleshoot and solve technical issues with the SMEs and technicians.
- Look for ways to grow business at current and potential customer sites.
- Follow all safety rules and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements & Skills:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Live within a 45-minute drive of Boyd County.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial water treatment or a similar field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
