THE OPPORTUNITY
This Engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital Project execution. They will also provide daily Plant Technical support, enabling the Plant to meet its Safety, Market, Productivity, and Quality goals. They will assist management with pre-studies of deployment and development projects in the M.E. field. They will also complete design studies, follow procurement and fabrication of equipment and lead the installation, commissioning and startup of the equipment in an industrial plant environment. For customer projects, manages the design studies for industrial equipment installations that are necessary for the success of the Plant's capital projects. She / he will ensure adherence to the customer's specifications, local regulations, compliance of performance, and costs.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
* Conduct feasibility studies of functional specifications; evaluate solutions against the criteria of cost, landmarks, risks, and functionality.
* Adhere to the quality system and established methods (risk analyses, FMEA, design reviews, quality planning, treatment of non-Conformities, etc.).
* Acquire validation of projects during the installation, start-up and ramp-up of the equipment in collaboration with team members.
* Facilitate procurement, factory acceptance tests, and maintain "as built" folders for assigned material and equipment projects.
* Provide project support, especially during installation. Start-up and ramp up phases, are often "on-site" and "hands on", and several projects include implementation schedules during planning site downtime.
* Create budget estimates and bid packages on assigned projects.
* Provide project documentation: mechanical designs, technical offer, safety risk assessment, quality risk assessments, maintenance & operator training documents and user manuals.
* Lead mechanical contractors or maintenance installation teams during equipment modifications & machine installations through start-up and commissioning.
* Provide project support, especially during installation, start-up and ramp up phases, is often "on-site" and "hands on", and many projects include implementation schedules during holidays and shutdowns.

The Network Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable connectivity across offices, jobsites, and remote locations. This role ensures critical systems are accessible and supported, provides day-to-day network operations, and plays a key role in supporting field-based connectivity, low-voltage projects, and infrastructure planning.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks across the organization.
- Configure, monitor, and support network hardware including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN devices.
- Contribute to network design and long-term capacity planning to ensure scalability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for internal systems and end users.
- Manage core networking services including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $78,000 to $110,000 per year and is U.S. Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

The Role We Want You For
As an MEP Project Manager with SEI, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, process (MEP), and associated construction scopes for Clayco projects. The Specifics of the Role
- Plans, and specification analysis, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.

- Manage the MEP submittals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
- Modular construction experience in factory builds, multi-mod, stackable and/or other hands on related experience.
- Licensed Electrician or Mechanical Contractor -and/or- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in one of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Solar and/or Plumbing System design
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices relevant to MEP and renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in design software such as Onshape, Revit, and/or other BIM methodologies preferred

Position Overview
Oliveda is seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency (RF) Physicist with a strong background in electromagnetic theory, RF system design, and signal analysis. This role focuses on developing and analyzing advanced RF technologies and hardware. The ideal candidate will combine deep theoretical knowledge with practical engineering experience to design, model, and evaluate complex electromagnetic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced electromagnetic theory to design and optimize RF systems and components.
- Design and develop RF hardware including transmitters, receivers, and related subsystems.
- Analyze RF signals and electromagnetic propagation in complex environments.
- Conduct modeling and simulation of RF systems using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical engineers, systems engineers, and software developers.
- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of RF systems and hardware prototypes.
- Develop algorithms and methods for signal processing and RF performance analysis.
- Support system integration of RF hardware and technologies.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations our CEO.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field with specialization in Radio Frequency or Electromagnetics.
- Strong background in electromagnetic theory and RF propagation.
- Experience designing RF hardware and RF systems.
- Experience with signal analysis and RF measurement techniques.
- Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, HFSS, CST, ADS, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of design and RF front-end architectures.
- Experience with RF testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining a deep understanding of new and existing regulations that may impact organization’s products & processes.
- Using that understanding to assist in standardizing all business operations and establish clear, documented protocols.
- Explain regulations, procedures, and policies to all employees and stakeholders as necessary.
- Participate in associational memberships and governmental interactions.
- Review marketing, legal, and technical documentation (including case files and clinical research reports) to assess compliance.

- Monitor, aggregate, and maintain issue, regulatory, and legislative logs and charts for use by the Regulatory Government Affairs (“RGA”) Committee of the Company

- Acting as a liaison between Company and state, local, federal, and international agencies, associations, and other organizations, as necessary

- Represent the company in industry forums and participate in advocacy efforts to shape favorable policies.
- Develop and implement advocacy strategies to positively influence regulatory and legislative outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate the company’s positions on key policy issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and innovation/product development, to ensure a unified approach to regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements affecting product design and development.
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experiences experience in an engineering/regulatory compliance discipline and product development expertise related to Rinnai’s current and future product portfolio.
- Must understand the intent of the regulations to wisely navigate the discrepancies that exist in the application of each set of regulations to combination products, to ensure the decisions work well throughout the lifecycle of the products and to set appropriate precedent for future products and projects.
- Experience with AHRI and similar industry associations.
- Experience with mechanical systems or water heating product design and application a plus
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D software.
- Experience developing products via New Product Development process (Stage Gate)
- Open issues tracking to resolution.

This is a hands-on role designed for recent graduates or early-career engineers who want to gain real-world field experience in automation and material handling projects.
Duties:
- Support on-site supervision of conveyor system installation and mechanical/electrical construction activities.
- Assist senior Field Engineers and Project Managers with coordinating contractors, electricians, and mechanical crews.
- Review drawings and specifications to verify proper installation and identify discrepancies.
- Track daily progress and provide field updates to the project team.
- Participate in equipment inspections, quality control checks, and punch list development.
- Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and start-up activities.

In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, Doka USA Ltd. is committed to providing a clear and equitable compensation structure for all roles. The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $160,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This range represents the base pay for the position and does not include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.
This role offers a performance-based commission structure, allowing employees to earn based on their individual sales achievements.
