Raytheon’s Air & Space Defense Systems SBU Engineering Team is currently hiring a Test Equipment Integrated Product Team Lead, Senior Principal Engineer for its Strategic Strike portfolio.  This is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to take a design through verification and hand off to Prove In while partnering with multiple disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers. What You will Do  

• Update, maintain, and improve technical documentation for TE development and production efforts.   

• Lead and Support TE Design Verification testing/Data collection, prove-in activities and sustainment/maintenance.

• Participate in Failure Investigations.   

• Facilitate knowledge transfer within and across IPTs/CPTs to include Cross-Functional collaboration and coordination. 

• Facilitate and drive transition to production efforts. 

• Own the scope and budget of a large group of control accounts. 

• Ensure technical rigor for all TE scope  

• Coordinate across teams and potentially contracts as applicable

• Share program process knowledge 

• Mentor earlier in career engineers 

Qualifications You Must Have   

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience. 

• Experience in at least 1 of the following areas: 

  • Mechanical/Electrical development, integration, and qualification  

  • Test Equipment Design and Verification

  • Fielding Test Equipment to a Government Customer

  • Test Equipment Maintenance for Production Support

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.  

• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity Management.

Our Principal Embedded Real-Time Software Developer/Integrator is a technical position that works in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to architect, design, implement, test, debug, and deploy Software for Firmware (FPGA) and Hardware solutions that meet current and next generation autonomous avionics systems’ needs. What You Will Do:

• Utilizing strong mechanical hardware design experience and knowledge with ruggedized structures, interconnects, cooling, and electronics integration

• Supporting all phases of programs from capture and concept development through production

• Developing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems related to the entire product life cycle including proposal, design, manufacture, integration and test of electronics for multiple military programs

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

What You Will Do:

• Implement reliability strategy across multiple product phases including development, production and sustainment
• Support an engineering team consisting of varying levels of experience and engineering sub-disciplines
• Conduct and lead analysis efforts supporting system design with respect to product Reliability, Maintainability, and Failure Reporting and Corrective Action
• Work in reliability disciplines including FMECA, Predictions and Derating
• Support and lead other Reliability engineers including coaching

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in systems engineering or reliability concepts such as root cause analysis, predictive, preventative maintenance concepts and/or test methodology development.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with FMECA, Reliability Predictions, ESS, Derating, FRACA.

The Customer Account Specialist position is responsible for providing best in class customer service to Sales and a portfolio of assigned customers. Accountable for managing customer orders through the pipeline to facilitate growth of existing accounts. Customer Centric Focus

• Partners with Sales to create new customer items; use PLS form to create items in Radius.
• Enters customer sales orders; ensuring all requirements have been met per order (product/order mins, pricing details, Leadtime needs)
• Delivers complete, accurate, and timely sales order details to support internal order processing.
• Review open order reports daily and drives communication-advising customers on change in dates.
• Create shipping release with a high level of accuracy; to achieve on time delivery.

• Responsible for processing Returns and Credit as needed. Provide timely feedback so customers have an effortless experience.
