The Leasing Consultant is the property's sales representative, whose primary responsibilities are to support the leasing, retention and occupancy goals of the community. Leasing Consultants are customer service oriented and provide current and prospective residents with an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate for this role seeks opportunities to build relationships, plan events, and takes initiative while remaining flexible to meet the community's day-to-day needs.



Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and professionally present the features and benefits of the property.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
  • Implement and enforce all policies and procedures as outlined in the company policy and procedures Manuals.
  • Offer a professional and friendly, atmosphere in the leasing center/clubhouse and any other areas where prospective residents and current residents might interact with them.
  • Inspect all models and market readies prior to showing in order to ensure their quality appearance.
  • Relay incoming calls to appropriate point of contacts.
  • Understanding of local competition, maintain a pulse on market trends and offerings.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Maintain active guest cards and continue to work them until the prospect has chosen their home.
  • Inspect the property on a regular basis reporting any deficiencies to the Property Manager.
  • Assist the Property Manager in preparing daily and weekly reports, resident communication, move-ins/outs, office supply inventory, and market surveys.
  • Maintain Resident Files with current information properly filed per company policy at all times.
  • Process Leasing Applications and in accordance with the companies P & P Manual guidelines.
  • Oversee Lease Renewal Program to optimize lease renewals.
  • Exhibit excellent level of customer service.
  • Plan and oversee resident activities with the Property Manager.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills providing for effective communication with residents, employees, peers, vendors, owners, etc. and to assist in efficient operations.
  • Excellent attendance is a requirement of the position.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Positive attitude and highest level of professionalism.
  • Bi-lingual abilities (written and verbal) may be required based on specific needs of property.
  • Preferred Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, YARDI
  • Ability to walk, stand; utilize stairs, bend on a daily basis, conduct property tours in various weather conditions, carrying of moderate items such as papers, boxes, event items, collateral, books, small parts. Job may be sedentary at times.

The Opportunity

The Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences (BSBS) at the University of Central Florida (UCF), College of Medicine, invites outstanding applicants for a position as Instructor of Medicine. This non-tenure earning position will consist of laboratory instruction and supervising teaching assistants in the undergraduate Physiology teaching labs in the Burnett School on the main campus. Other aspects of the position can include mentoring students, leading undergraduate honors in the major projects, and service at the department, college, or university level. The anticipated start date is May or June 2026.

The Opportunity:

The Insurance Eligibility/Verification Specialist I supports clinical operations by managing insurance verification, eligibility, and essential administrative tasks. This role is a key point of contact for patient financial navigation and requires a strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Responsibilities:


  • Verify the insurance eligibility for patients and analyze policy coverage in order to maintain patient accounts in EHR system.


  • Determine deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurance for students and patients in participating insurance plans.


  • Verify that the insurance on file for patient appointments is active.


  • Update accounts with inactive insurance and contact patients for additional information.


  • Receive and verify patient insurance via multiple sources (in-person, phone, email, Qualtrics, kiosk, International Insurance Pool) and determine network status.


  • Collect the payment from patients for student health fees, co-pays, and prior balances. Perform applicable system searches when necessary to determine student status.


  • Assist with the appointments/referrals for departments and serve as the liaison between participating insurance plans and patients. Answer telephone calls. Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate office in Student Health Services.

The Opportunity:

UCF Information Technology (UCF IT) is seeking a Cloud Computing Engineer I to join the Infrastructure team and apply technical expertise to maintain UCF's cloud computing environment. The Cloud Computing Engineer I will support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, VMware, and Google Cloud, with a focus on software-defined networking and zero-trust architectures.

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to service requests and incidents related to Azure cloud infrastructure. Fulfill routine infrastructure requests including virtual machine provisioning, storage allocation, and network configurations.   • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and cost metrics using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools. Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators. Alert appropriate teams when thresholds are exceeded or anomalies are detected.


  • Use and help maintain script repositories for common Azure functions using PowerShell, Terraform, and other Infrastructure as Code tools. Execute automation scripts for routine tasks, contribute to script improvements, and document procedures for team use.


  • Adhere to UCF Infrastructure ITIL processes, such as request and change management procedures, ensuring all planned changes are properly reviewed, documented, and communicated. Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure smooth implementation of changes.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, standards, and operational guidelines. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives by creating and updating technical documentation in the team wiki and knowledge base.


  • Assist with cloud security and compliance tasks, including reviewing access permissions, supporting audit requests, and helping to remediate findings from security assessments. Follow established security policies and best practices for Azure environments.

The Opportunity

The Department of Physics at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for two full-time, nine-month, benefits-eligible, non-tenure earning lecturer positions, anticipated to start in August 2026.

We anticipate that one will be a Lecturer, and one available at the Lecturer or Associate Lecturer level, based on experience. Each position is renewable annually, with the possibility of summer teaching assignments. We seek candidates to teach large-enrollment sections of introductory physics courses, introductory physical science and astronomy courses for a variety of majors, as well as upper-division undergraduate courses in physics and astronomy.
