Job PurposeThis position will provide support in accounting and financial reporting activities (including monthly/quarterly/annual financial SOX audits) of AHM Auto Business Segment, especially in the areas of SAB-104 revenue recognition cut-off procedures, royalty transactions, GALC (Global Assembly Line Control) reconciliations over HDMA factories, GSI reporting, support of incentive accrual reviews, and overall coordination of accounting processes, flows, and reporting requirements related to AHM GM BEV3.0 Collaboration (mainly in the areas of purchase, wholesale and retail accounting).
Key Accountabilities- Complete workpapers (including account reconciliations and account analysis) and prepare journal entries for AHM & selected schedules/deliverables for HM financial reporting, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Provide review support to the Assistant Manager over various areas, including but not limited to incentive accruals (which entail a large volume of deliverables to various stakeholders, incl. Finance Management and HM)
- Support SOX compliance and audit activities for the Product (Auto) Segment, including GALC reconciliations.
- Coordinate with Business/Operations (including ISD) in understanding current business states, market conditions in order to assess accounting implications. In addition, evaluate/modify current reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency opportunities
- Identify and implement process improvements and complete various ad-hoc projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 6+ years in accounting/finance

It’s an exciting time to join AS Colour! As we continue to grow across the US, we’re on the hunt for a Finance Manager to jump in and make an impact. You’ll partner with our already incredible global finance crew and take the lead on monthly management reporting for our US entity.

What you will do:
- Managing a timely compilation of month end closing (GL reconciliations, management accounts) of the US entity.
- Completing a thorough review of monthly P&L and providing insight into significant movements/variances.
- Ownership of US Sales tax system (Avalara). Supporting customer service and sales team to resolve customer queries.
- Ownership of Income and withholding tax preparation and all other necessary tax filings including property taxes. Working closely with external tax accountants where necessary.
- Preparation and submission of periodic sales tax returns.
- Scanning, coding, reviewing and approving costs related to these entities in the AP System (Esker).
- Fixed asset management in the FA system (VIA).

Job Summary
Supervises the budget process and non-payroll expenses for the facility. Initiates contact with new potential suppliers and obtains quotes. Directs and coordinates activities of associates engaged in Oracle functions. Communicates with current suppliers regarding quality, quantity, timeliness of supplies.

- Performs ongoing analysis of all expenses versus budget for the Distribution Center. Ensures expense purchases are charged to the proper accounts and researches discrepancies.

- Generates Oracle Purchase Orders, deals with vendors, and follows up with vendors regarding product/service concerns and payment issues.
- Prepares various financial and production‑related reports as required for the DC and for Home Office Finance, including budgets, monthly accruals, forecasts, journal entries month‑end close. Contacts vendors for bids to get competitive pricing, tests new products, initiates cost control programs, recycling programs, and green initiatives.

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Develop business relationships with field team to maximize coverage of shared targets.
- Ensure high level of coordination, communication, and collaboration with field-based representative counterparts and field-based Regional Sales Manager. Ensuring that efforts are aligned and coordinated to provide a superior customer experience.
- Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.
- Cultivate an assigned virtual territory in alignment with field strategy and be accountable for measurable business results and engagement outcomes.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
