Roebuck Landscaping is hiring a Project Manager, Commercial Landscape Construction to lead projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing schedules and budgets, supporting crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to Roebuck Landscaping standards.

You’ll work closely with Landscape Construction leadership while building strong relationships with Foremen, field teams, subcontractors, general contractors, and clients. We’re looking for someone who can lead, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving.

Critical Requirement

Must-Have Experience: 3+ years managing commercial landscape construction projects. Candidates without direct landscape construction experience will not be considered. This is not a general construction PM role and not a residential landscaping role.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial landscape construction projects from startup to completion
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Monitor jobsite progress, quality, safety, and production
• Track labor, costs, change orders, and project documentation
• Work closely with Foremen and crews to drive execution
• Communicate with clients, GCs, and project partners throughout the job

What You Bring

• 3+ years of direct commercial landscape construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of hardscape, irrigation, grading, and large-scale plant installation
• Ability to read landscape plans, civil drawings, grading plans, and irrigation specs
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety
• Familiarity with Aspire, LMN, Boss, or similar construction/job costing software
• Strong leadership, communication, and field problem-solving skills

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Sales Associate acts as a point of contact for our customers. The duties of the Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.

Summary: The Senior Material Scheduler is responsible for planning and scheduling raw materials and packaging to support production operations. This role ensures material availability aligns with production schedules while optimizing inventory levels, minimizing shortages, and controlling costs. The Sr. Material Scheduler works cross-functionally with Procurement, Production Planning, Operations, and Suppliers to maintain efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain material requirements plans (MRP) based on production forecasts and demand plans.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials and packaging components.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze demand variability and adjust material plans accordingly.
• Identify and resolve material shortages or supply chain disruptions.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to align material flow with manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in material planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems.

Some critical metrics will be schedule execution (compliance to pull / plan), inventory control (acceptable levels of inventory dollars), supermarket market compliance (finished fabric, raw material & sales goods), etc
4. OBJECTIVE - The Supply Chain Leader is charged with ethically and safely maintaining and improving the areas of responsibility to meet Cotton Blossom’s safety, quality, environmental, cost and production goals in support of the corporate objective to be the preferred automotive interior supplier.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead safety process in area of responsibility

11. Monthly TL/FG inventory.

13. Present in the MAP Meeting
14. Managing build outs and project transfers
15. Other items as prioritized by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree or sufficient and relevant practical experience
2. Minimum of two years of work experience with Sage or other textile company with experience in Supply Chain preferred
3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-task).
