Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Adult Medicine clinic. - Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care

- Educate patients on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic health record (EHR)

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Valid APRN or PA license in the State of Connecticut (Required)
- BLS certification (Required)
- Eligible for or possess DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
