The Neuroscience Sales Representative has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner.

Job Responsibilities:

- Works with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
- Collaborates with other Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II’s on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
- Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
- Expected to meet or exceed all NSR deliverables.
- Effectively create and build a compliant business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products.

Kelly Government Solutions (KGS), a trusted provider of federal healthcare staffing, is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians to support the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System across multiple clinic locations. This is an outstanding opportunity to serve America’s Veterans while working in a highly collaborative and mission-driven clinical environment.
Role Highlights
- Outpatient primary care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine); consistent panel and team-based environment.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (40 hrs/week); 30-minute unpaid lunch; no on-call, nights, or federal holidays.
- Multi-site flexibility within the VA Finger Lakes system with reliable scheduling and long-term federal assignment stability.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs (approx. 12–13 patients/day).
- Complete all required documentation and close patient encounters by end of shift.
- Order and review diagnostic tests; communicate results within prescribed VA timeframes (typically 7–14 days).
- Provide medication management, patient education, health promotion, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with VA clinical teams, including nursing and administrative support.
- Participate in staff meetings and comply with VA safety, privacy, and quality standards.
Schedule & Work Expectations

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active, full, and unrestricted U.S. medical license in any state or territory; no history of disciplinary action.
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
- Current DEA registration.
- NPI required prior to credentialing.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Health & Immunization Requirements
Must be up to date on all immunizations. Documentation must be provided before first shift
Background & Compliance Requirements
- Must comply with all VA privacy, HIPAA, and security regulations.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. national status, or lawful permanent residency required.
Professional Liability Insurance
- Minimum $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate liability coverage required.
