This includes: generation of production protocols, process and quality improvement, production flow and standard work development, process definition, and documentation. This person will also ensure the assembly meets the performance criteria required by the customer.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our Devens, MA office and will work closely with the operations, quality, and design engineering teams.

What we're looking for:

• Education:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent degree with experience in technical writing.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct floor support experience or assembly experience desired.
• Additional Qualifications:
• Familiarity with operating in an ISO-9000, cGMP and Lean Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Computer literacy is required. (MS Word, Excel & PP)
• Familiarity with FDA documentation preferred.
• Ability to define and develop single piece flow production methods in support of single use sterile assemblies.
• Ability to read and work with technical drawings and translate into documents for production use.

Naval Power is seeking a highly motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the SPY-6 Array production program's Array Build, Integration & Testing. This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and leads the execution efforts of the recurring production sell-off. This lead will be responsible for ensuring that equipment delivery commitments are made on time and within budget, focusing on Array Build Integration & Testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures & RMA Chassis material. What You Will Do:

As an Control Account Manager, you'll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Scope of work includes partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. The candidate will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to drive predictable cost and schedule. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting both the Functional organizations, and ensuring program financial commitments are met and are fundamental to success in this role.

You will be joining a project team responsible for the development of test solutions and architectures for various programs within Raytheon. Typical test development applications include analog/digital, RF, High Power, and embedded software/firmware design activities. Raytheon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) team. NASAMS is a cutting-edge air defense system that protects critical assets and population centers from aerial threats by integrating advanced radar, command and control, and missile systems. This role is based in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where you'll work collaboratively to deliver high-quality software solutions that support the NASAMS system effectivity chain: Detect, Decide, Engage, and Destroy.

Leveraging Agile and DevSecOps principles, you'll design, develop, test, and deploy software for mission-critical capabilities. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deliver real-time software for NASAMS, including Detect, Decide, Engage, and Destroy functionalities.
• Develop solutions for target acquisition, threat evaluation, missile firing, and other critical functions.
• Maintain and deploy complex software in an Agile/DevSecOps environment with secure, high-quality, high-frequency deliveries.
• Mentor junior engineers, promoting technical growth and collaboration.
• Participate in reviews of software components to ensure quality and alignment with program requirements.
• Contribute to testing frameworks and CI/CD practices to enable efficient software validation and delivery.
• Solve problems within defined scope and ensure seamless integration of software with NASAMS hardware and systems.

• Decide: Implement Single Integrated Air Picture, threat evaluation, launcher assignment, and multi-missile handling.
• Engage: Create algorithms for azimuth slew, targeting data transfer, missile firing, and mission abort.
• Destroy: Support motor ignition, inertial guidance, seeker search, target lock-on, and terminal guidance.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in programming languages (e.g., C++, Java).
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Jenkins).
• Experience leading teams and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required after start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Extensive experience with radar software development and/or radar concepts.
• Familiarity with missile defense programs and large, complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as the Atlassian Suite (e.g., Bitbucket, Artifactory, JIRA, Confluence), Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Linux Operating Systems, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and pipelines, including experience with DevSecOps methodologies.
