Collaborate with internal departments, including transportation, environmental, and stormwater teams, to ensure comprehensive project solutions.

Coordinate the planning and organization of workflow, offering technical oversight for various project components.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages preventative maintenance and quality control for electrical distribution systems and equipment.

Manages emergency repairs to medium-voltage electrical distribution systems and site lighting systems.

Assists with site assessments at existing communities being considered for conversion to submetering.

Assists with developing and maintaining a vendor database and effectively communicates with vendors regarding outages.

Participates as part of department rotation for 24/7 emergency outage response; communicates to response team and manages repairs as required.

Supervises electrical maintenance employees Maintains excellent safety standards and encourages a zero-accident culture.

Executes department safety plan including regular equipment inspections.

Performs other related duties and/or projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years' experience with low, medium, and high voltage electrical environments Experience supervising and leading team members Experience within the utility industry and energy markets Strong technical and analytical skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills Ability to present written and oral communication in a clear and concise manner Valid, unrestricted driver’s license; CDL preferred, but not required Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
