Title: Event Planner
Hours: 40/week
Duration: 6+ months (May 2026 - December 2026)
Location: Hybrid - onsite twice per week at the Delano, MN office, with additional travel about once per month for 3-10 days.

Our client is seeking an Event Planner to support the endtoend planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, and related marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at balancing strategic planning with handson event coordination. You thrive in crossfunctional environments and know how to deliver seamless, highimpact event experiences that strengthen brand presence and support sales efforts.

Must Have:
5+ years of event marketing, trade show management, or integrated marketing experience
Strong project management and crossfunctional coordination skills
Experience managing vendors, booth assets, and promotional inventory
Proficiency in Microsoft applications; experience with CRM/DAM/workflow systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and timemanagement skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
Willingness to travel for trade shows (monthly, 3-10 days)
Nice to Have: Cvent or similar registration tools- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all aspects of trade shows and events, from concept through budgeting, logistics, and followup
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource needs
Coordinate with vendors and manage booth properties, branded items, and event inventory
Support preevent marketing, attendee engagement, onsite presence, and postevent followup
Maintain the online storefront for branded promotional items and source new products
Partner with internal teams and external reps to support event strategy and sponsorship needs
Assist with broader marketing projects as needed, providing strong project management support

Summary Description

Responsible for all duties of the counter person / pizza maker by performing the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time.
• Work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system.
• Must be able to read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures.
• Make all products following the portion charts and prescribed procedures within the average time as described in the Performance Standards.
• Interacts with guests as appropriate.
• Wraps pizzas properly and repeats orders to guest.
• Gives verbal baking instructions to all guests and thanks the guest.
• Gives the order to the guest within the 6-minute door to door service time.
• Assists guests if necessary to carry pizzas out to their car or hold the door open.
• Responsible to keep their assigned area neat, clean and well stocked.
• Responsible to follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures.
• Performs the duties of the runner (restock person) or dish person as directed by immediate supervisor.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the Delano team. Follows good manufacturing practices (GMP) and principles to provide engineering support and develop robust manufacturing processes. Has a primary role in the engineering of new, modified and/or existing manufacturing operations in a clean-room environment. Apply engineering theory and principles to ensure that the Value Stream for specific products is optimized using Lean Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product specifications and translate these into manufacturing processes to establish production rates, achieve expected quality levels and establish reliability of finished product.
• Identifies tooling related issues and communicates/works with a tool maker to resolve the issues.
• Develop manufacturing methods for new and existing products, establish labor standards and develop product cost information.
• Meticulously document all manufacturing process information and sequences within the Trelleborg document control system.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to existing processes and methods using data or observation. Develop the improvements and implement them as quickly as practical.
• Make improvements to production rates and reduce scrap by identifying and implementing new and better equipment, processes or human factors methods.
• Assist production in troubleshooting production problems with individual components, individual processes and help improve the situation to assure customer delivery dates and superior quality.
• Review production schedules and engineering specifications to resolve production problems.
• CAPA- Active member of the CAPA team responsible for implementing permanent corrective actions.
• DMR- Participate in determination of product DMR disposition plan and approval with the VS team.
• Follow ISO 13485 and 21 CFR part 11 and part 820 and Trelleborg Quality System protocols.
• Execution of DOE's, problem solving, FMEA's, validations, control plans, continuation engineering for products.

Qualifications
