Perform cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs).

Patient Volume: Manage 8-10 patients per day.

Read approximately 8 echocardiograms daily.

Interpret 50-75 EKGs per day.

Conduct 1-2 stress tests on average, if needed.

Support: You will be accompanied by a Physician Assistant (PA) during daily rounds.

A cardiologist in the office is available for support via phone, if required.

Practice Setting: Patient Demographic: Primarily an older population, ranging in age from 40 to 90 years old.

No pediatric patients, as care is provided to adults aged 18 and older.

Telehealth Experience: Not required.

Practice Environment: Inpatient setting, focused on cardiology services.

Requirements: Board Certification: Required in Cardiology.

Licensing: Must be licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut.
