Machine Validation

- Prepare and maintain complete and accurate validation reports and documentation.

- Coordinate and support the timely resolution of punch list items to enable shipment and final customer acceptance.
Installation and Commissioning

- Provide technical support throughout installation, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Machine Installation Coordinator, customers, and other stakeholders to manage schedules, budgets, and logistics effectively.
Training

Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of mechanical and electrical systems with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Quality Assurance

This role works closely with Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, and Sales to design, program, and support control systems for bulk material handling equipment and integrated automation solutions.

- Program and support Siemens PLC and HMI systems

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a

manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a
local territory and complete work assignments on time.
Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses
we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,
construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,
