Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What you will do in this role:

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.   
• Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
• Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
• Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.

The Manager of the Emergency Department manages the operations and activities of the ED Department. Assist Director of ED with the overall management of the departments operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals and objectives established. Job Summary and Qualifications

Assess, plan, evaluate, coordinate, and provide quality-nursing care to the patients in the Department of Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures. Skills utilized in this job include: monitoring, recording, and analyzing physiologic data during diagnostic, therapeutic. Biopsy, and interventional procedures; teaching; providing nursing assessment, care and interventions to all patients undergoing any interventional radiology procedures; and functioning as a circulating nurse.

To provide proficient, age specific, direct and indirect patient care in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with legal, Hospital practice and departmental policies and procedures, established standards of nursing care and practice, and as defined by the State of Florida. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient’s clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)

Job Summary and Qualifications

Manages the daily operations and activities of Behavioral Health. Responsible for the management of the department’s daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals and objectives established by Director. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to; planning, preparation and oversight of staff schedules; providing input into employee decisions related to hiring, performance assessment and disciplinary actions;. The BH Manager collaborative working relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, and staff, both internal and external to the department and to accomplish these responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner. The BH Manager oversees and guides the staff to ensure the Department meets JCAHO standards and complies with corporate policy and procedures. The Manager BH manages 24/7 unit/department operations or a business function.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) 
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
