We staff Valleywise Health—a community hospital and designated Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center by both the State of Arizona and the American College of Surgeons—right here in metropolitan Phoenix. You’ll have access to state-of-the-art surgical technology and the support of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care, skilled in complex spine procedures, and committed to staying current with advances in the field. In this role, you will be involved with all regions of the spine. You’ll also take part in ongoing professional development through conferences, seminars, and workshops to maintain licensure and stay up to date on the latest techniques. Starting orthopedic residency program and will have active involvement in resident education, academic conferences, and teaching activities.

District Medical Group (DMG), a 450+ provider multi-specialty group, is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Adolescent Medicine physician who is enthusiastic about working with a safety net population, teaching, and clinical quality.
The successful candidate will join a pediatric department providing medical education and patient care at a public, teaching hospital in Phoenix, AZ. The hospital, Valleywise Health, is a major affiliate of the Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. Our pediatric services include a 24-hour Pediatric Emergency Department, a 10-bed Pediatric in-patient unit, a 6-bed PICU, a busy newborn nursery, a Level III NICU, and multiple federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) delivering pediatric primary care.
This physician will primarily provide comprehensive outpatient services addressing a full spectrum of adolescent health needs including eating disorders, sexual and reproductive health, and integrated mental health. Adolescent medicine clinics are often held with pediatric residents and medical students. The pediatric residency program is in partnership with Phoenix Children’s Hospital and accepts forty residents per year. Position Overview
GTI is seeking a Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead enterprise safety, environmental compliance, and risk management across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing and enforcing EHS programs that protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence in fabrication-driven manufacturing environments. The Director of EHS partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain leadership to embed safety into daily production activities while maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and ISO-aligned quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead GTI’s Environmental Health & Safety strategy across manufacturing facilities
• Establish and enforce safety programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Build and maintain safety management systems that support ISO 9001 operational discipline
• Lead site-level safety initiatives including hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safety audits
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
• Develop leading and lagging safety KPIs including TRIR, DART, near-miss reporting, and incident frequency rates

Required Qualifications
