Trauma Sales Representatives are responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within an assigned territory. Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or related technical sales roles.
  • Proven experience in selling commercial HVAC systems, services, or solutions to contractors and end-users (or similar industry).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, service, and maintenance offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
