About the Role

We’re building a next-generation generative AI platform purpose-built for healthcare — and we’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help architect and scale it from the ground up.

This is not a “manage from a distance” role. You’ll be deeply involved in system design, writing production code, guiding engineering direction, and making foundational technical decisions that shape the future of the platform. You’ll work closely with leadership and product to turn complex healthcare AI requirements into scalable, reliable infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

• Experience with a modern compiled language such as Go or Rust

We support 2 hospitals located in our Fremont and San Leandro campuses, with 1 Labor and Delivery unit in San Leandro. We are a team that values high quality, evidence-based medicine with a commitment to performance improvement work. We deliver approximately 4000 births a year; led by our Hospitalist group and supported by 20+ midwives. Our hospital has a Level 3 NICU and Neonatologists on staff. Our team of specialists includes 5 Perinatologists, 1 Urogynecologist, 2 REI/IVF specialists, 3 MIGS fellowship trained physicians, and 3 Complex Family Planning fellowship trained physicians. We serve a diverse patient population who speak 53 languages and have an established Maternal Child Health Patient Advisory Committee that focuses on health equity. SACRAMENTO:We are looking to hire a full-time physician to help us expand our REI/IVF practice in the Sacramento area. Role Description

The Speech Therapist will provide teletherapy services to individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, focusing on speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Treat speech, communication, language, and dysphagia-related swallowing disorders
• Monitor and document client progress in the designated EMR
• Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license in good standing

• Per Diem Openings: Fresno and Santa Clara, California
• Range is $138 to $142 per hour.
