This position will assist the shift supervisor in coordinating the work of production employees involved in production activities. Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and product. Operates manufacturing line. Requires the ability to vary prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality parts. Changes and adjust operating conditions to maintain proper quality.

Other Duties include:

  • To operate one or more of the following: the mixing system; calendar; press; hot melt; embosser 1, 2, and 3; anti-sticking agent unit; adhesive unit 1 and 2; U.V. unit; magnetizing unit
  • To start up the hot oil heater and water chillers
  • Perform quality testing; make corrections for out-of-spec conditions

In this position, you will interview and place qualified job candidates at warehouses, manufacturing plants, administrative offices, and other facilities for various companies and industries across the Greater Gaston County area. You must have relevant experience, a personable attitude, and a drive to help people.


Position Details:

  • Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm


Qualifications:

  • Must have industrial staffing experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills


Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Review open orders daily; work with service team members to determine urgency and priority to meet client needs and deadlines
  • Meet Performance Metrics to include, but not limited to, interviews conducted, new client calls, candidate submissions to clients, recruiting calls
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate searches via internal database, online job boards, referrals, networking, etc.
  • Screen and identify qualified applicants ranging from light industrial to professional and clerical positions
  • Conduct face to face interviews with applicants to ensure they meet client and company standards
  • Perform onboarding requirements including hiring paperwork, criminal background checks, drug screens, I-9, W-4, and any client specific information
  • Thoroughly orient new hires on company policies and procedures as well as client expectations
  • Partner with hiring managers and decision makers at client sites to make candidate selections, negotiate pay, perform associate appraisals, and conduct safety site inspections
  • Visit prospective client locations and maintain current client relations to generate new business opportunities
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events in the community


Core Competencies and Skills:

  • Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred; OR previous experience in fast paced environment with primary focus being on customer service and satisfaction
  • Passion for working with people; comfortable and professional while working with clients, associates, and teammates
  • Proficient in all PC skills such MS Office Suite and knowledge of relevant employment oriented social media websites
  • Excellent verbal, written, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to solve conflict appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

We are currently seeking an Associate Director to drive our credit line increase credit strategy for our Card business. This is a high-impact role with significant senior-level exposure, requiring a strategic thinker who can combine deep credit expertise with innovative approaches that balance risk and growth.

The selected individual will shape and advance our CLI strategy through data-driven analysis and cross-functional leadership. This includes evaluating new data sources to strengthen decision-making, acting as customer for data science teams building new models, and partnering with product and acquisition teams to design and market a comprehensive end-to-end customer line strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine CLI policies to achieve both risk and growth objectives.
  • Conduct deep credit analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies to evaluate new approaches and optimize outcomes.
  • · Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • · Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations) to bring strategies to life with great customer experience and flawless execution.
  • · Develop and execute on business requirements to implement credit/business strategies to improve our lending portfolio
  • · Effectively prioritize competing initiatives and share with senior leadership tradeoffs and constraints across various projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or Computer Science)
  • 5+ years of experience in experience in consumer lending, driving informative risk decisions through analyses; Master's or PHD degrees may offset experience
  • Advanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
  • Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems
